If you’re unfamiliar with all the features and capabilities of the I-Phone and Desk Top Computer and have been wanting to learn more, I may have the answer. Some may already be aware, but sadly, I wasn’t.I learned that the Apple Store offers “free” in-house educational training/discussions on how to utilize specific features on their products.These sessions are provided every day and are approximately 20 minutes in duration. The training can be customized to your specific needs and can be done in groups or as individuals.Kelsey was the Apple staff member conducting my training and she did a great job. I learned things in 20 minutes that I never knew and will now be able to share with family and friends.Unfortunately, these educational sessions are not available on-line but in-store only.These products can be very expensive and understanding the full extent of their capabilities is definitely worth your time

From the best Apple stores, I loved the attention and help I had since I went to buy an iPhone for my sister who had forgotten her passwords and had a lot of problems accessing her account and they helped me very quickly, always waiting to follow the correct steps ; Then I went back to buy an Apple Watch and even though there were people, it only took me 10 minutes to get in and out with my purchase. Thank you also for the test of the Apple Vision Pro, it is very cool and always advising you, I hope to be able to buy them in the future. Recommended :)

Terrible customer service. Went in today to try and get my iPad looked at and the lady just had a dry attitude all together. I was telling her what my issue was and she tried to make it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about or that my issue wasn’t an issue. I continue to explain to her what was going on with my iPad and she finally decided to set me up with a technician appointment. Definitely a disappointing experience.

Not a good experience, the staff was crowded and enthusiastic, the service was fast, but the price calculation was wrong, luckily I discovered it in time and didn't pay. Specifically, I used apple pay but for some reason it didn't work, then I used my visa card and the employee said it also didn't work. In the end, I had to use cash but I didn't bring much, only $1550, missing $74.54 for the iPhone 15 pro 1TB version. Then the staff told me to pay via Apple pay for $124.54. I was surprised and asked again, but the staff Just recalculated and revised to $74.54. I think the staff needs more professional training. And I'm a foreigner who doesn't speak English well, so maybe the service staff isn't very good. This is my personal feeling.

It’s your average Apple store. Service was a bit slow, but once we did get service the staff was very polite and attentive. They also work very quickly and efficiently here which you don’t see in many other stores. Very appreciated. Lots of tables and items on display for demo. Great variety of cables, cords, audio, and phone cases.

I when in here today to try on the vision Pro,But the person told me that I need to come back tomorrow. I said no because why should I come back I’m already here person show me on the iPad that there no appointments for today there have been all booked up. I do understand that but some people booked an appointment but forgot it or do something else and forgot to cancel the appointment.

To my surprise, I am not the only one having signifficant issues with this Apple Store.A week ago, i went to the apple store to meet with a technician regarding a battery issue that i have with my airpods pro 2 (under Apple Care +). The technician took the airpods inside for the diagnostics and 20 mins after he came back and while walking he dropped my airpods on the floor. It didn't happen directly in front of me, but i was lucky enough to see it.He came to me, and he didn't mention anything, he kept talking to me and saying that he could not see the issue with the battery while his hands were kinda shaking. After he finished and mentioned my options, i told him that i really don't appreciate that i came here with a case and airpods in mint condition (which case was with sticky top, and he removed it without asking me), and he dropped them on the floor, and that now if something happens to them it'll probably be on me as noone can prove that i wasn't the one who dropped them. He replied with "I understand, there is nothing i can do".I went outside and i mentioned i want to file a complain, and they answered in a really direct tone (not common for apple stores) that i can do it online.After some messages online with the support, I guess there is nothing that can be done from Apples side, so just sharing my review publicly. That way maybe people can avoid this store and go to another one.
