Visiting this store and waiting 10+ min for someone to even acknowledge my presence made me remind why I'm not an Apple user. Samsung stores treat you friendly and invite you in. Here they are only worried about quick pick-ups and don't even greet you. Went to select some gifts for relatives that do use those products.

I have been in Apple Stores all around the world and I never had to deal with arrogance and obnoxiousness like yesterday, and that was AFTER buying a new product. simply unacceptable. the people working there don't know what they are talking about and make customers feel like they are the issue. the customer service experience was infuriating. Assuming customers are stupid and treating them like they are. if you are in Las Vegas and need an Apple Store, pick another one. you'll save time, money and most importantly, nerves.

What could have been a stressful, costly experience ended up being very positive, thanks to the expert staff at the Apple Store at the Forum Shops. Juju was the first person who worked with us, and she was very nice. My husband was locked out of his new iPhone pass code. He was then locked out of trying for an hour. When we returned after the hour, Boston helped us. Boston was able to remove the old incorrect pass code and was even able to restore all the info from the cloud! At a different Apple store we had been told the data could not be recovered. Thank you, Boston, for saving the day!
