Horrible people. I went in with my laptop and my iphone to get my laptop fixed and get the new iphone. They ran the diagnostic and told me they would CALL ME when the part was in.
I wanted the new iphone so they transfered my account info but they did it out of order which resulted in apple disconnecting my phone and then making me leave to go find a t-mobile without having service to fix my phone they messed up and then get the new iphone through them.
I never recieved the call for the part and drove another hour and went in again yesturday. I was told i would have to drive back home, get my laptop and bring it back to do the same test to get the same resukts when we already have all the same info.
Im constantly being lied to by these people and noones wants to take accountability or fix the issue

I asked the guy at check in. Do you have this available? I don’t wanna wait if it’s not available. He said yeah we should have it.
Few moments later……
Oh sorry it’s out of stock.
I asked so I don’t have to wait for a reason. Yes you may have it in stock most of the time but that’s why I asked you to check it. And so many staff there just standing, it took them awhile to help us.
And for people to say why I can’t wait, I have a toddler with me.

This is the worst Apple Store in Las Vegas Nevada. The employees are rude and so uneducated go to any other Apple Store Please! You will not regret your decision. Every time I have went to this Apple store they act as if they know it all when they don't know anything and they love to waste your time.!

Douglas helped me with my iPhone 16 plus and offered excellent professional service and information leading to my purchase.
I did however receive a not so friendly welcoming from an associate, who seemed to have a bit of an attitude and tone with me, at the front of the store. Apples market cap is in the trillions that treatment shouldn’t happen to a respectful paying customer and has no place in the brands legacy. I very much regret having to leave this second part of my review.

Ordered the mac mini online and chose the pick up in store option. You would of thought it will be a quick in and out situation. However, that wasn't the case. Went into the store and took almost 20 minutes waiting for the staff working at the pick up counter to finish with a current customer who wasn't picking up an order but rather asking about features on her phone. I looked around and saw 2 employees speaking to each other on not work related topics. 4-5 employees went in and out of the backroom repeatedly while doing nothing, 2 others standing around with an ipad as if they were doing something. All this happening when there is a line on the pick up counter, customers on the iphone and ipad display looking for help.
I worked as an operation manager in previous roles and what I observed was definitely not a proper way a store should run. The operation I observe wasn't based on customer satisfaction nor efficiency. It is pure waste of resource and transfer those wasted resources onto their customers with premium price products. Apple being the top tech company globally should really look at the wastage in their stores.

Came in to replace my AirPods, they don’t accept walk ins unless you’re buying something of course.. with that being said, you waste 5 minutes between check in and make an appointment.
Then once you schedule the appointment you come back and it’s another 5 minutes for the second check in, between the concierge check in and the “service table” check in, then it’s another 10 minutes for the technician to arrive, and after he has to diagnose the item and after replace it.
It’s a big waste of time literally 30/40 minutes just to replace some AirPods?! Get together.

Great location! I recently bought the 17 here, and the staff was very friendly and even helped me transfer all my data/apps/pictures to my new Iphone. I highly recommend this store.
