Honestly I don't want to talk about any business but yesterday I bought a chicken sandwich and they were out of ranch and hot sauce and salt and pepper. Clerk tells me I can buy salt and pepper on the shelf if I need it.

You know usually I would ha e expected to be treated this way, given the area and type of establishment I was at, but since it was in the middle of the night (between 2&5 am) & the fact that we were extremely polite & respectful coupled with the fact that we were obviously spending the better portion of $100 + dollars here I didn't expect for the cashier to 1, lie to my face, 2,try to "nickel & dime" me, or 3 have such an attitude with/twords me when I disallowed him to cheat me. Now I get it some people in this work believe they are better than you if they know you receive food stamps or if they believe you to be homeless (that of which we are NOT), which is why I at first was going to leave the situation as it was. But the more I think about it the more upset I become. I was honestly considering getting ahold of the convention store manager to relay my experience & feelings, but figured they probably told him to do what he did so this is I guess the next best option. So on Sunday night/Monday morning is when I received my food stamps for the month of June. Because we were extremely hungry my husband & I both woke up at about 1 am and were unable to get back to sleep. So naturally we found an establishment which accepts EBT(Arco AM PM) and proceeded to go in hopes of finding some fairly cheap food items to hold us over, since we had 5-7 hours before the other grocery store options which were close to us opened. We brought my Red Ryder wagon just in case we ended up getting a gallon of milk & 2 bags of ice like we did last month when we were staying somewhere else closer to a 24 hour mini mart.(While I am sure the wagon was what caused this cashier to assume we were homeless, that didn't give them the right to do as they did.) So after placing most of our items on the count I asked the cashier if they had a rule against EBT purchasing fountain drinks. He replied "no". I also asked if I were to fill my personal container with ice if I'd be charged accordingly or if I'd be charged the full amount for the fountain drink. Again he replied "no". Now I suppose I should've requested more specifics, still that doesn't mean he should've done like he did. So while he's ringing up our items my husband proceeds to go to the fountain and fill our half full container up the rest of the way with ice, as the last item rang up the cashier proceeds to scan my fountain drink ($2.49) 114 FOUR times. Now since we had already discussed the charging of this and he did that I told him I was going to put soda in my personal cup now since he was charging me 4 times the amount I was going to at least get 2 times worth of the product. He proceeded to yell at me in argument, I calmly replied and then went and got my not even a 10 ounces worth of Dr. Pepper then we left. Sad to say this is another establishment of which I will no longer be spending any of my currency, be it cash, credit OR FOOD STAMPS. Furthermore beings that I have worked in a convention store, if I had treated a customer the way this guy treated me my boss would have most definitely suspended me for 3 days at the very least. In an environment where your customer base decides your paycheck the customer is #1. Furthermore I would have happily paid for my fountain drink ($2.49) + 2 cups of ice (.50-$1.00each) worth of a purchase amount, but 4 times of a fountain drink when the fountain drink is the biggest one so more than $3 with tax regularly well that was just rude and if that's their policy and it were explained to me as such I simply wouldn't have gotten the ice.

16/12/2023 I was at your gas station. Buy a phone charger there. After 2 minutes I returned, said that the charger did not work, and asked for a refund. They answered me in a raised tone that I was not the boss and would not return anything. Moments like this are very frustrating.
