Older female cashier with mask and red hair is extremely rude. Looked at me and said “Oh for Gods sake” when I pressed back on the pin pad because I wanted to add a rewards number. Looks from the reviews like she’s like this all the time. If you pay at pump maybe you’re fine, don’t go inside unless you want to feel like you’re burdening the establishment you’re actively trying to be a customer at.

I came to the station for refueling gas so many times! Today I finished gas and wanted to use restroom but that Lady said that they didn’t have public restrooms, I said I added gas and she said restroom was broken, they literally didn’t post any notices on the door of restroom!
She was so rude and terrible!
It was so unbelievable and terrible and horrible!
I hope Arco company leaders improve your worst service as soon possible!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Who ever thought I would be saying this about a literal GAS STATION? Treats kids horrible too. Who would’ve guessed? Gas prices are great but the service? All I can say is, the service is horrible. Go find another gas station that doesn’t have rude employees! 😐

The older lady with red hair is extreme rude and probably needs a retirement by now. She got upset because she was moving too fast and didn’t allow me to use my rewards so I asked to do the transaction over she decided to get upset and start cursing at me I asked her why is she cursing and calm down because it’s an easy fix she proceeded to continue using foul language I felt really disrespected and uncomfortable. I just wanted to use my rewards I had saved as a member.
