Was there yesterday had a knock on the window of the trailer since the store is closed for construction to inform the cashier that I was trying to buy gas he continue watching his cell phone movie for another 15 seconds before turning around to assist me this is absolutely ridiculous it should not be tolerated

I am a regular customer at your gas stations. I was trying to ask for a receipt at one of the pumps at your location (8597 w Sahara in Las Vegas, and your manager (Laura) started cursing and yelling slur words as I was leaving. (All because I asked for a receipt) She started pointing to the camera and said "I have everything recorded" and I said "good, you just have recorded that you called me a 'smart ass'" then she started following me and threatening me (that she would physically hurt me), and said she was calling the police. (As I was leaving FYI) She did this because I asked for her supervisor, she was claiming that she was the manager. I want to be contacted immediately! I am getting my lawyers involved in this. I already contacted them and told them I need their help because she was disrespecting, threatening me, and using slur words at me because I'm a different race than her! This is disrespectful and it's going to be posted all over social media! This is how you treat your customers!?

Pumps dont print receipts. Doors are locked and girl inside gas station points at the sign on door and minds her business. Im unable to get the receipt reprint for my purchase. Its not 24h gas station as advertised. They do close.

There are some great employees here. Few that are horrible. Having said that, when there's a line expect to stand in line 5 to 10 minutes for 3 customers in front of you. If there's a sign on the door for a shift change. Go somewhere else cause it can last an hour of the time they posted to reopen, which already says 30 to 45 minutes for a shift change.
