This place is rude and there hours are not correct … can’t tell you how many times they are closed for shift change at different hours but stay open on google! I’ve seen so many people waiting for them including me. We have no notice .. and the guy just was a complete rude individual and hung up on me! I’ll get in contact with Corp tomorrow. I don’t care what you doing..that don’t give you the right to hang up on me for customer service. … to all my people to have already been thru this…please complain. For the store …If you are closed than note it on google and have a set time .. so you don’t waste my time when I go! How would you feel when it says 24 hours and I get there and you are closed. I have a job and it’s hard sometimes but I dont treat people like that! I’ve walked there and had to wait almost an hour to open! Note that on google say you are closed at least!!!!

Most of the pumps here are always leaking. Bene having the smell of gasoline on my hand even after washing multiple times. Annoying, this isn't the first time either. Another thing that's annoying, pumps won't allow you ti use NFC. Card reader always gets stuck and you can't get a receipt at the pump, you have to go to the clerk to get your receipt, I hate Gas stations that do this.

Do not go here, every other Gas station is cheaper than this one including I was almost scammed, I gave cash and was charged for credit price. I love going to these gas station around the valley but unfortunately, maybe because it’s in the heart of Summerlin, they are the most expensive, not going here any more

On December 23, 2023 I went in there to buy gas gift cards for my dad for Christmas. Turns out none of them worked. I called customer service and they said I had to go back to the store. I did and multiple times. I called and I visited the store multiple times trying to talk to the manager (Vanessa). And she never reached out nor was ever available when I called or showed up. Clay who rang me up at the time failed to successfully activate my gift cards. Please train your employees how to properly sell a gift card. One of the employees who I spoke to said he remembered me and said he remembers when the transaction was messed up. He kindly gave me the managers number and I was never able to get in contact with her and she didn’t even bother to reach back out to Me when I went into the store twice to leave my phone number and name. I wonder what I paid for. Air probably. Thank you to my bank I was able to dispute the transaction. Thank you arco and your useless manager. Do better.
