Y'all need to work on customer service here immediately. Whomever is working the shift at 1:20pm on 01/05/25.... Lady you'd me I can do cash back. It didn't work for gas so I had to go and buy something wise for cash back. I told her before I did it that I needed small bills and she said she had it. Once I did it, she told me she couldn't do anak bills...... Ridiculous here. I'll never come here again. Customer service is terrible. Then she gets an attitude with me because I asked her why she told me she could give small bills and I simply could've went somewhere else. Retrain this lady asap.

How pathetic I came in with a coupon and the store manager and her little employee Veronica tried to give me their own price and didn’t even want to read the coupon. She tried to tell me a certain price and didn’t even want to read what the coupon said and asked me. Why would I get my coupon for so cheap for it? Doesn’t make sense. How rude learn customer service and learn that the customer are the reason why you have a job OK I’m gonna call corporate and make a complaint every time I come in the store this lady is rude cusses she has something rude to say or in a negative Mood negative people negative people at this store not the first time I came in. Had a problem with the same lady. Find a job somewhere else

Place is filthy, always have people asking for money as I’m trying to pump my fuel, and the Rebel mini market closes at night. Rude cashiers as well. Avoid this place if at all possible.

The over night shift African American guy is always locking the doors just to go smoke weed on the side of building in a car . Or hell purposely mop the floor repeatedly just so no one comes in. It's happening more frequently I don't know how he still works there after so many people leave bad reviews. Fire him

Look at this. Been waiting for the lead tech to come out and fix this machine. It went right to this screen when I hit dividends on Texas tea. I was playing max credit. The guy from last night called the coin company and they didn't get here till around 1am mind u I started playing at 10pm. They closed down for 40mins at 11pm. The new girl called me at 1am. Telling me the tech has to have the lead tech come out and fix machine. It's now 7:41am and it's still on this screen. And the girl that works register last night she didn't even tell the AM shift what was going on. How rude! If it was her money I bet she never would've left the store till it was in her hand. But the AM shift she's no better. She told the coin company the machine took my money. How dumb can one be? I just told her what happened and she gave them her version of events. Really lame sorry courtesy. Very lazy and not helpful at all. Then the manager tells me this machine always gives her problems. Well y in the hell do u still have it? as much as everyone in this neighborhood gambles I'm sure she can invest in a new machine by now.

Walked up to the door at 9.45pm and the door was locked on me as soon as the cashier saw me walking up. Not sure what that was about but I guess they just don't like working or having people go inside. You could pay at the pump I suppose. Wouldn't come here if you want to pay for gas with cash.Came back the next day 10/12 at 6.07pm. Literally had the same thing happen. As soon as I walked up, the door was locked.
