While going through the car wash I was guided by the worker like usual. I was told to go forwards and the guide rail tore up my rear left wheel. The staff did not seem to care. I was shown the camera footage and conveniently the one camera that had the angle of my left rear was down. The cashier mentioned how she thought the car wash should not be open. I would not use this car wash.

If I need gas ⛽ I will travel from the Bellagio Hotel and Casino where I work just to get the gas here because of the price or I will get it before I go to work and get my coffee here too

My wife had to use the restroom here and said it was the dirtiest restroom she’s ever used. One toilet was down, the other was not flushing right so people were going to the bathroom on top of other peoples business. Seats were filthy, floor and sinks were filthy. Only one hand dryer worked with no paper towels available.
