We were greeted by Austine. Awesome gentleman. Was able to transfer my service from Verizon to AT&T within reasonable time. No complaints, overall good experience.

My very first time here today, and there’s a two hour wait just to pick up my iPhone I especially chose pick up for instead of shipping, wish I would’ve chose shipping now. Stay away unless you wanna wait the rest your life. I told them to hire more people! Like a lot more! of course when I applied they wouldn’t hire me! When the whole time is 30 minutes by phone in two hours and person, that is ridiculous!

Anybody purchasing anything at a AT&T store? Be sure it is AT&T. If it is not related to AT&T, you will not get a refund. You will not get an exchange. Do not let them sell you any other type of product.

Jason was very helpful. He walked my husband and I through the pros and cons of the phones we were looking at and answered all of our many questions. He was knowledgeable and thorough. We couldn't be happier with our phones!

We got a new phone and had our old phone switched for our daughter's line. We had 0 help with setup and we're basically pushed out the door. Not sure of him name but he was a taller white guy with dark hair with a station close to the back room. He tried to upsell us on a lot which I can appreciate but it wasn't anything we needed. I have never left your store without being all setup until last night. Everything got messed up when we came home and I had to come back today to have Jason (who was NOT the person I dealt with before) help me so much and walked me through each step. Thank you JASON for actually doing your job.

I think this was the best experience I’ve had coming into ATT lol I came in to upgrade my phone and my watch and I met the best Rep! Her name is Kiki and her vibe was just the best. She greeted me when I walked and from then I knew that I was gonna have the best experience. AND I WAS RIGHT! IM DEF WORKING WITH HER IN THE NEAR FUTURE FOR ANY UPGRADES THAT I HAVE!!
