My husband couldn't find his drivers license this was the last place he went so I called real quick asked the guy on the phone hey has anyone left their license there today and the guy on the phone quickly and so rudely responds no not that I'm aware of and proceeds to hang up on me. My husband goes there and needless to say his license was there plus like 10 other peoples. The fact that you couldn't be bothered to take five seconds and check or possibly ask for my information that way if you happen to see it you could give us a call. Have the day you deserve dude!!

Gas overpump and possible gasoline leak IGNORED/disrespected, Rebel Store 2195, 6720 W. Flamingo Rd., Las Vegas 89103. 2-12-22, 3:06pm.I started to pump at #3, with the nozzle placed into my tank, and left it to fill by itself while I cleaned the windshield. After it had shut off, I saw it had WAY overpumped my gas. (I fill every few days, I've owned the car for 6 years and know how much it should take at the level there was still in the tank!) - and it had charged me for a *lot* more than my car could possibly have taken. And then I saw that there was a big puddle of gasoline all around the pump! So I went inside to tell the cashier about in - not only because of the overpump/overcharge (which I knew I'd probably never be refunded even though it was wrong) - BUT ALSO TO INFORM THEM OF THE POSSIBLE GASOLINE LEAK AND PUDDLES ON THE GROUND AS IT WAS A HUGE SAFETY HAZARD.But when I tried, the cashier just yelled at me about how she was almost done with her shift, printed the receipt and kept pointing at it asking, "Was this you? Was this you?" And I said yes, but it had **overpumped and overcharged** me - and there was a lot of liquid on the ground around the pump so it seemed to be malfunctioning and they needed to check it out! She just pointed at the receipt and told me to call the number on it. I tried to explain it again very clearly, that **they need to check the pump because there is something wrong with it. It overpumped/overcharged me and it might be leaking - there is a puddle and it could be gas.** She was still just frazzled and kept yelling at me, and shouted at me that "she was just out there and didn't see any puddles!" I told her, "I am telling you that RIGHT NOW there IS a puddle and it's probably gas and you might want to check because it's a safety hazard!" She said she would try to tell the manager but she just kept waving me off and yelling at me angrily. She tried to "explain" that maybe someone had tried to put too much gas in their tank and it had come out the pump. I said that had nothing to do with overpumping more than $8 worth and there being possible gas all over the ground. There were about 5 people in line watching this happen and shaking their heads because that was not okay for her to ignore and just get angry at ME when I was telling them there was a problem with the pump and a probable *huge* safety hazard that needed immediate attention! I took pictures and got out of there as quickly as I could because it could have been dangerous. If it was gas - and there *was* the odor of gas - any spark or static could have caused a fire or explosion! One of the pics is from a low angle and shows where gas might have been leaking out from the bottom left corner of the pump. And it's VERY obvious that the liquid on the ground is emanating from the pump and isn't just a random spill of some other liquid. In the pics you can clearly see that the puddle goes around behind the pump as well as in front of it, following the grooves in the pavement as well as puddling on top of the pavement. This was reckless disregard of safety and a HUGE liability for them! As well as $8 worth of gas is a lot to me and I was charged for the malfunctioning overpump, but of course I know there's no way I can "prove" that, and there's no way they will care about giving me my rightful refund. This station is usually in a state of disrepair, with pumps and/or card readers not working. The new card readers recently installed blare loud, super-annoying sounds without the ability to mute them. The carwash has left my car dirtier than when I went in. The only reason I go here is because it's convenient. But this reckless disregard - the way a potential GAS LEAK was handled - and the blatant disrespect - was shockingly unacceptable! Shouting at me, "I was just out there and there were no puddles!" was outrageous and offensive. As if I were *lying*?? Just because you were out there earlier doesn't mean it's not happ

I stopped to get gas this morning and as I pulled into the station, I received a very serious te, t about a family members health. I responded immediately. The conversation was serious and before i knew it I had been there 30 mins. I arrived about 650 am so the station wasnt busy. If it had been i woukd have pulled into a parking spot. I cinally gst out to pay for gas. I was very worried and distracted. I stood in line, i saw they had tamales. When i got to the front i asked how much the tamales were and the man behind the registsr was rude. He seemed to be angry that i asked the price, or maybe he just hates tamales. I got a tamale and gor back in line when i gst to the front again he give me a dirty look and says " did gou have a good nap" still not unddrstanding what his issue was. I told him i aoke up pretty early this morning. He sneers at me and says ive been watching you sleep for a long time. What? Youve got to be kixding me I was never asleep i was literally looking down at my phone texting very worried and concerned for my xousins health. I dont know what he said next but it wS extremly rude and unwarranted. I went out to pump gas and just coukd not believe this man thought it was ok go talk to me like this and to treat me this way. I went back in with my phone and showed him 4 long texts begining at 657 am and ending at 723 am. I said im showing you this because you obviousky fmdont know everything and you are gravely mistaken. He said f**k you. And i said it back because at this point i am beyond angry. He thinks he can be rude and abussive to me because no one is around to hear him. I wonder how many people he verbaly assaults a day. He seemed extremly comfortable being a disrespectful creep. Id rather pay more than dvdr use this gas station again. Spacious and convenient location. Credit card system works so you don't have to walk inside. And the handle holds itself which is great I don't need to stand and hold it. These are the features I look for in a gas station.

I go out of my way to pump gas here because there's an employee Marko who on many occasions has gone far beyond his normal work duties to help me out not only with gas but when I locked my keys in my car while it was overheating he jumped right on those problems no questions asked thank goodness I was the only customer there at the time indeed he is a genuine good hearted person thanks again for the outstanding customer service and for always being so polite
