Went to this location to get a new phone, one of the reps offered a "better, cheaper" plan which I agreed to. Only to find out the bill went up by 25%, never presented me with the new amount and my fault I took their word for it. We've been AT&T customers for 20 years and never had any issues until I went into this store. Moved on to Verizon. STAY AWAY, they will lie to you and scam you.

Just switched to AT&T the service in this store was fantastic, everyone was great to work with even when we had a minor issue with the transfer they worked hard to get it done and they did! Great team!

****** CORPORATE TAKE NOTE *******Those who have been helped by the wonderful, relatable, and professional ATT&T rep named Curtis, will be able to attest to this review.Let me start off by saying, the cliche motto of “we treat you like family” has finally been met. Curtis is that standard.I came in, not seeking to make any final decisions. I came in, skeptical, guarded, and committed to not taking any advice from anyone. A more recent experience at the Boca park location left me salty, but not enough to leave a bad review.Enter Curtis:Not only was he such a genuine employee, he was a sincere, genuine, human being. I was determined to find a flaw, and couldn’t find any. He was informative, patient, and most of all, relatable. Key, word, relatable. Not once did I feel pressured to do or choose anything.He simply gave me options, told me facts, and sat back and smiled. Which could melt any scrooges heart.Curtis, I can’t thank you enough for my experience with you. I’ve told family, friends, and now - I’m telling the world.Thank you man, this is the most heartfelt review I’ve ever left, because it deserves a personal touch.

DO NOT SET A FOOT INTO THIS STORE! Got my new phone from att, so went back to their store on Oct 15th Saturday to follow what the employee told me to do! He said basically to transfer my number, I need to get a new number, then, after I get my phone, I can come back to their store and he'll take care of it no problem! Come to find out I'm forced to keep the number they gave me after 4 hours of staying in their store! Went in there 11Am and was done at 3pm! Came out exactly as I went in, nothing resolved, nothing changed! In those 4 hours, he returned my phone, took the phone from me, the phone that I already had setup and had a protector on it! He told me he's going to give it back but guess what he said! He said I have to pay 360 dollars of down payment if I want my phone back!!! While I ordered this phone a week before with no down payment! Then he's like oh it's what it is I cannot do anything! As I'm telling him it is your mistake so you're going to fix it! And the manager by the way was hiding in the back didn't come out once to say anything! He then would call different dep and lying to them about the situation! The whole reason why I switched to att was because this employee told me I could switch the same number I had to them with no problem but he was lying right in front of me on the phone saying I decided not to cancel my number and not to keep theirs!!!THIS IS A BIG NO NO! Big ISSUE! Specially when you're taking my phone and telling me I need to pay 360 dollars to get it back! Save your money and time and do not go to this store and let your loved ones know! They lie to you to get your business
