The worst service ever just cuz I wasn't buying a new phone I was treated like garbage.. They kept ignoring me whenever I'd ask questions I just don't expect this from a cell phone store as big as AT&t SMH

Worst location, dirty and no staff been in store for 20 min no one wearing uniform no idea who to ask for help no one welcomed me or introduced them selves. ? Do I got to different store or make a scene ?

This is the best AT&T in the Las Vegas. Karol and her team here are the friendliest and so helpful. The store is clean and organized.
My phone line got canceled last night at the club and my phone had no service and no number. I called the AT&T hotline this morning and they were not helpful or nice.
I came to her store to get some assistance and Karol helped me solved my problems. Now I can go to EDCLV with a phone that actually works!! If it wasn’t for Karol I would be a sitting duck. Thank you Karol! I will be recommending this store to my friends, family and clients.

Employees there are not looking to help. Asked to cancel my plan and all they did was give me a number to call. Had to do everything over the phone on my own. What's the store there for then! Customer service at its worst!

I was happy and appreciative at first because they worked with me on Christmas eve. I had no idea that they would screw me over and then act like they don't know what's going on. My bill for 4 lines is extremely high and shouldn't be. There are people working in the store that don't know what they are talking about. I have never had to return to a store so many times for a mess up and one they did. Poor customer service on their end. I regret having to come in here to get a phone for my son. The only good thing about them is Directv. Here I am at the store again with one of the managers trying to avoid me. I have kept my cool and been calm and now I have had it. They need to right their wrong. I guarantee if they did it to me they have done it to other customers.

Allen was very efficient and I was in and out of the store so fast that I was very surprised. AT&T you need to promote Allen to store manager. I have been with AT&T for 15 years this was my best experience. Thank you Allen.
