We had a frustrating experience at the AT&T corporate store on Sahara due to the misinformation and poor service provided by a representative named Magnolio.
When we visited the store to warranty two screen protectors, Magnolio told us we could not do so unless the account holder or an authorized user was present. When we asked if we could use our proof of purchase instead, he flatly said no. Trusting his word, we left without resolving the issue.
Later, I looked up AT&T’s screen protector warranty policy and found that all we actually needed was our proof of purchase. Armed with this correct information, we returned to the store and worked with a different representative, who processed the exchange quickly and without issue.
Beyond being unhelpful and providing incorrect information, Magnolio also distanced himself from us before the interaction even ended, making the experience feel even more dismissive. Had we not taken the time to verify the policy ourselves and return, we would have wrongly believed we weren’t eligible for replacements.
AT&T should ensure that employees like Magnolio are properly trained and treat customers with respect instead of misleading them and making the process unnecessarily difficult.

This is my honest review. I had a major issue at a different AT&T store where the sales team was at fault, and the manager did not help me. I drove to this location, and Will (the manager) was amazing. He helped me resolve the issue and went above and beyond. Thank you so much, Will! AT&T is very lucky to have him on their team.

I was assisted by a very lovely young lady named Amairani. She was very professional, engaging, and knowledgeable, and I could tell that she and the other staff enjoy working together. A great atmosphere!

Fraud the location on Flamingo and Pecos. Inside job, how did they purchase 2 new iPhones without my ID and security code SMFH. I put in several fraud cases and got denied several times. THERE Trying to make me pay for something I never purchased. This is BS

Would give ZERO stars if possible! BAD experience with the incompetent workers there. They lie about the pricing and plans and then if you ask them anything about it, they don’t know, and act like you are an inconvenience. Very bad attitudes from Maria and Luis and they both lie and act like they are annoyed to have to answer any questions. WE ARE PAYING YOU, so straighten up your attitudes and act like you have half a brain. Without customers who pay HUGE inflated bills, you wouldn't have a job. You’d think they would treat their shareholders and long term customers better! Or ANY customer for that matter. As a business owner snd shareholder, I would tell everyone to choose ANY other company besides AT&T!

if i could give zero starts i would, i wanted to see if i could get help because my phone wouldn’t charge and i was told they didn’t have the right equipment for it. so disappointing!!!

Horrible experience! Purchased the Internet air, guy told me I could try it for 30 days and bring it back if it wasn't fast enough. Now I get back and they wanna charge a $55 restocking fee on top of the bill that I have to pay from the 1st month
