Extremely poor customer service. AT&T corporate directed me to come to the store for a phone issue; clerk claimed the issue was "not something we handle" - when the obvious answer was he simply didn't want to do the work.

Fraud, and they don't want to fix it. Somebody purchased 2 new iPhones on my account. How they did that is amazing the stor on Flamingo and Pecos. Somebody stole my ID and pin # inside job 😤 😒. I put in several fraud cases, and they keep on denying them . They took my kids off of my account and put the 2 new iPhone on SMFH . DAM DEVILS 😈. so sad. They want me to pay for something I never purchased. The supervisor in the store looked guilty. His facial expression was everything, and he went on to tell the same thing happened to his wife at her store .

I arrived at the store at 5 in the afternoon and it is 6:08 in the afternoon and three people who speak Spanish have not attended to me, one left at 5 but 2 remained and they entered the warehouse and I think they must be waiting Let it be 7 o'clock to finish, very bad experience, we are alone in the store and the manager told me that if my problem could be solved, in the end he left, it couldn't be done alone, he can do it every day, there are more bad experiences with AT&T, it's really not worth it. sorry for so much stress

Did not have a good experience here yesterday. There was an (employee) who was less than helpful. It looked like he wanted me to leave the store immediately and any questions I had he basically gave me a short answer and was the least welcoming person I’ve ever experienced in an att store. I needed help setting up my icloud since I lost my phone and had issues with the SIM card and he just told me to login and left without asking if I needed anything else. Real poor customer service.

I've been calling this store for over a week nobody answers the phone in that store I guess I'm supposed to drive over there because they're too lazy to answer the phone. Typical AT&T service why would I expect anything different.
