I came in with a very unusual issue with my first net account. When I tell you Rachell and Devin were phenomenal!!! I couldn’t use anything and my account got cancelled. I was able to recover my first net account! I am extremely pleased with their performance. Angie the big boss did amazing with walking us through the steps and reassured me that she will fix my bill if it were to do something crazy! Highly recommend.
Update: got down the street. Completely nothing!!!!! Been with this place for 5 years and I’m done ! Thanks for jeopardizing my job! I have to use my phone to do everything for work I am a traveling CNA that took three hours for me to get home with no service! 0 stars Got wrote up for this bs!

We went on Saturday! My family wanted new watches and the service in this store was incredible. We left with two new watches. Robert also helped us with questions about the service to upgrade for new phones.

Great job I've had the same AT&t prepaid phone number for 15 years I've been literally everywhere in America 95% a bar two better than everyone else AT&t is a good company then my phone got stolen Al helped me out got me a new sim couldn't be easier super friendly and zero wait I've been there twice and that last part I can't say about other AT&t stores. Thanks

I can't remember the managers name, I apologize for that! He was fantastic. Any questions that were asked, he answered, or said "give me a minute, I'll find out." If only every establishment had his people skills! He did up sale, but you wouldn't have known it. Highly recommend this location!

Martin/Harlin (sorry not sure if I heard the name wrong) was the only employee that was able to understand my issue after I had gone to the location on Nellis and Charleston, called AT&T themselves, then called my phone manufacturer. I deactivated my phone that was part of my family's line after it had been stolen. I ordered an unlocked phone that was under the list of compatible phones provided by AT&T. Went to the first location. Explained that I needed to reactivate my old number from the same plan and need a new sim card to put in on my new phone. Supposably the associate from store number one said my phone had a bad imei and the transfer wouldn't work because my new phone was reported stolen. Then later gave me the reason that my unlocked phone wouldn't connect was because Sony mobile had contractual issues with AT&T as phone manufacturer. I knew that wasn't true so next day I called AT&T themselves and attempted the same thing. They again told me my newly bought phone had a bad imei and I would need to contact the manufacturer to get them to explain why it wasn't working. So I do and then they told me that it is an AT&T issue that they would need to approve of the imei before it was activated. Defeated and confused I make an attempt at this location. I explain my situation to Martin/Harlin and he activates a new sim card with the old number that was reactivated and let's me pop it in. what do you know it works on my new phone and it doesn't have a bad imei .What I wanted to do was done within less than five minutes of me explaining. He was so patient and understanding. A very calm and peaceful demeanor. He truly saved me from having a mental breakdown over something I knew wasnt being done right by the other associates. Thank you again for the pleasant experience !

First time there waited too long. Only one person there left and went to another store. Second time got there 15 minutes after it was open. It was closed he went somewhere and would be back in 20 minutes. A lady told me this, she was waiting for him. They need two people in this store.
