The representative was very professional and very organized and very understanding on my visit and I can extremely say that that store is very magnificent, especially the rep that representing a company as large and as big as AT&T.

Had a visit yesterday to this location, Silvia was great ! she definitely know what she was doing And a great customer service! I was able to resolve the issues on my iPhone no problem.

Stopped by to pick up a last minute Christmas gift. I was on a time crunch and Silvia helped me out, got me what I needed, offered me some great promotions and was so nice and attentive. This store is not my usual store but I am so glad I went there and got to meet Silvia!

I went in to get the battery in my iphone 13 looked at and Silvia helped me. She asked lots of good questions and I was able to get a free upgrade to a 16 plus and cut my bill by 1/3. Thanks Silvia!

Beware of this place! They lied several times to get my business, she told me a lower price on a plan that didn't end up qualifying for a promotion (you'd think they'd know), and AT&T refused to honor it. Too late, done deal. Had to jump through hoops just to undo the transaction later. Even when I came back to make them fix the problem, the manager again tried to sell me on the plan that didn't qualify!
These guys don't know what they're doing (or maybe they do and they're just out to scam you). Do your homework and don't trust them -- their job is to sell sell sell, not provide proper service. Or just avoid this place altogether.
The corporate store is right down Charleston, and while some of them also don't seem to know what they're doing, they seem less likely to outright deceive you.

Today I got to 1049 South Rainbow, Las Vegas store of At & T and Silvia. C assisted me with my concern. She was the best ever I’ve ever seen in my life and was the only reason I got convinced to stay on At & T, and her phone is not working properly, you might reward her a new phone:)
