I was lucky enough to be approached by a sales associate named Silvia C. I was looking to upgrade my phone and I couldn't have hand picked a better person to help me with the process. She was very patient with me, very knowledgeable in what she was doing and kept me informed on what she was doing when transferring information from the old phone to the new. All in all she exceeded my expectations. Please give honorable mention to her manager Harrianna and the other associate Koen. The both made me feel welcomed and appreciated my ATT&T business.

Silvia was helping me and my girlfriend Maricruz. She did a fantastic job explaining to us how the our phone plan works.
She helped my girlfriend to set up her newly bought Iphone and even went extra mile to help Mari to transfer all her stuff to the new phone. I will definitely recommend this location because of its excellent customer service. The manager Mei and Steve were also very helpfull, caring and amazing . Five stars to the team !

Silvia is amazing. I brought in my broken phone and my new phone to have the old phone switched over. Silvia figured out a great way to get the transfer done even thought you could only see about 20% of the broken screen.

Koby is the man! Very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely patient. Not only did he help me with what I needed, and explained everything I asked; but right before I saw him help an older couple who was very upset with AT&T and about to switch to another carrier. Ten minutes later they walked out the store with a smile on their face and shook his hand, still with AT&T.
Give that man a raise!!!

Guys I love this ATT location!
It was a rough a start to my busy day of errands that my last stop was ATT for a screen protector replacement and a purchase of c- some thing cable for the car play. I go in and was immediately greeted with a solid “Hi!”. The hospitality and efficiency those peeps brought to my needs exceeded expectations. Always a good in and out quick service. Thank you & Take care! S/o to the girl having lunch while I walked in and the bro’s who cashed me out at the register! Ya were cool, wish I could have gotten names!
