Salesperson I talked to Al was very condescending. When a costly mistake ( $90) was made on my account he made it very clear that it was my fault the mistake was made and not his fault even though he was the one who did the account. Went into fix it and everybody was completely indifferent to my issues. Still charged me $50 and I lost all my photos and text messages when I had to return the phone. Will never go to that store again that will make sure others know about how they treat customers

Pablo's communication about billing and pricing was completely miscommunicated. He told me my bill would be $26 and it is $100. That is a large difference. I have been with AT&T since 2016 and never been misled the way he misled me. Very disappointing.

The attention sucks, they lie to you as a client so that you hire and pay more, the two people who speak Spanish are the worst

Timothy was amazing! Made sure everything was said and done. Convinced me into transferring from t-mobile to AT&T. If u could give more than 5 stars I would give it all. Amazing work! Needs a promotion for sure. Thank you

Kierralyn is the best. After spending hours with on line and customer service phone calls, I was fortunate enough to meet her at the ATT store on Lake Meade. The best experience I have seen in all my visits to retail stores. Go see Kierralyn!!! She’s great

I wrote a review for the Summerlin Lavendar hill location a couple years ago.
They were great at the time. My last couple recent visits were terrible. I felt like they didn't want to take care of me.
I decided to go to the Lake Mead location.
They were very friendly and Daisy waited on me and as other customers walked in she greeted each and everyone at the same time while taking care of my issue., She answered all my questions and also let me know all the information on upgrading my iPhone when ready.
They are much better here and I highly recommend. I just wish the pricing was better as far as phone service.,
