My husband and I were just there and the gentleman helping us, I use that term very loosely, had the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. He was very short with us, he wouldn't let us really talk. When we would try to he would cut us off. He was tapping his fingers on the counter the entire time as we're trying to explain what was going on and asking him our options. We tryed asking him how much we could get for my phone as a trade-in, and he looked at it for literally less than a second and said, you can't get anything for this phone. We left as it was clear he didn't want to be there or do his job. I called the Boca Park AT&t location, which I tend to do every time after we try the lake Mead location first. I cannot believe that the Lake Mead location is the district office as it literally never helps. Anyways, the lady at the boca park location after explaining what had happened she asked what phone I was trying to trade in, when I told her which phone I had and there was no damage she said oh yeah you're trade in would be $800 and something dollars. I don't know if he just didn't want to help us or what it was but the guy literally does not need to have a job and does not need to be in customer service

AT&T on Lake Mead. Great service from Kiki, a very knowledgeable young woman. It was a pleasure to work with her. Traded in an older I phone for a new I phone 15.

This location was beautiful but very empty. My mom and I were able to get in and get out quickly with no issues at all! The representative was pleasant, and was fast to help us! I recommend this At&t store, if your looking for fast, pleasing service ??

No complaints regarding this location. Every time I come in and have an issue, Sergio is always helping and patient. He takes his time with you and his never rude or frustrated. Overall everyone is very helpful and looking out for there customers.

Just waited for a sales rep (Sergio) who I spoke to over the phone. He was busy and I understand so decided to make an appointment for tomorrow. Was told cannot because tomorrow is expected to be a busy day. Just lost business. I have been a customer for over 14 years and was going to upgrade my phone but being a customer and on side not important enough to get an appointment. Customer service is does not exist anymore.

I feel that since we have not been able to watch certain channels for over 2 months direct TV should pro rate all their customers monthly bills to reflect lower amounts until nexstar reinstates service. Direct tv is losing a lot of money and so is Nexstar. Has left a bitter taste in my mouth.

I went in with my Mother and between her and me there was a litany of product, troubleshooting, and account-related inquiries that we had hoped to get resolved because online help was not doing it. I have to shout out Pablo, he has been at this for 16 years and it shows. Not only did he make sure to answer my mother's questions he answered mine even when asked for clarification. My mother and I purchased equipment as well, Pablo took the time to make sure that our devices synced the way we wanted and did not rush us. It is very refreshing to be treated like we are a client with accounts instead of livestock.
