really nice store clean quiet staff was nice. I had Paul as my associate and he was awesome informative kind explained. Everything gave me choices and I was able to make a decision after all of our talk great place. Great guy can’t anything better. He should be commended! I do not recommend visiting this store unless you want to spend the next 24 hours on the phone trying to fix their mistakes.
We simply wanted to buy two additional SIM cards for our kids’ smartwatches. The employees tried to activate them during three separate visits but couldn’t get them to work. Eventually, they gave up, and I asked them to remove those SIM cards and restore my account to how it was before.
A few days later, I received a bill that was $120 higher than usual. When I started investigating, I found out that the employee had mistakenly deleted one watch SIM and my son’s active phone SIM instead of just removing the two watch SIMs! Because of that, we lost our multi-line discount, ended up with a non-working SIM for the smartwatch we don’t even use now, and my son’s phone stopped working completely.
I had asked several times in this same store why my son’s phone wasn’t working, and they told me, “sometimes the signal just drops.” Well, it seems the signal only “drops” when your staff deletes the SIM card!
Why should I pay for an inflated bill caused by your employee’s mistake? Why should customers suffer and pay for incompetence? My son’s phone still doesn’t work, and my bill has not been corrected.

Laurence, was very nice and probably saved mom a lot of money. Very up front and honest. Greeted us outside and opened the door and everything. Talked about his time in Hawaii also. Very likable guy.

The rep told me the wrong price for my trade in so when I brought my trade in back the following day they want to charge me an extra $500! What I thought was a good experience turned out to be a waste of my time. I spent a whole night transferring everything over and came back the next day to drop off my phone only to be given the run around.
