Initial billing was absolutely messy, we were quoted around 250 and ended up getting billed almost 700 which after visiting we did get that lowered down significantly, however when getting told they'd follow up on another portion that could get credited, we did not get a followup call from store staff/management. It feels we're getting a runaround when all they have to tell us is we can/can't fix said issue instead of having to follow up on our own 4 times consecutively.

Loren helped me get my daughter’s iPhone set up today. He was so very friendly and informative! It’s so nice to be helped by someone who sincerely makes you feel like they care about the service they provide and also that you the customer understands the changes being made to your plan. Loren helped us get the phone backed up so that her data was successfully transferred too. What a big help that was!! I will definitely be coming back to this store for all my future needs.

Gabriel was very chill. He assisted me and my dad immediately and we were here to trade my old phone in. He did the process and made the experience more engaging while the boring process was going on. It was great. He was positive as well.
