The service at AT&T is absolutely wonderful! This is the second time I’ve needed help at this store, and on both occasions I was very well taken care of. I’d like to highlight the associate Jason, who always shows professionalism, patience, and great attention to detail. He truly cares about helping and makes sure customers leave satisfied. Quality service makes all the difference, and that’s why I highly recommend this store!

I went to the AT&T store on Sahara and Decatur and unfortunately had a very poor customer service experience. Right after that, I decided to look for another location and ended up at the Rampart store and the difference was incredible.
The associate Jason was outstanding: he answered all my questions, clarified every doubt, and truly went above and beyond to help me. I left the store completely satisfied and very impressed with his service.
Highly recommend this location, especially if you get the chance to be helped by Jason!

Huuuge shout out to Jed!!! Everyone has been cool at this store, but Jed is extra special! After explaining my conundrum, he was able to effectively and efficiently resolve my dilemma. Like a pro!!! I was about to cancel and go with T-Mobile and this gentleman totally saved me!!!
