After having the same phone for over 4 years I was very excited to go in and get a new phone but the experience was horrible. The sales rep I believe her name was Briana who sold me my phone made it seem as if a case, screen protector and charger were included with the price of the taxes on my phone. She started off our conversation by telling me she would do everything in her power to save me money, only for me to realize she was charging me over $100 for those items. I asked her to remove it off my bill because I could get those items on Amazon for much less her mood completely changed and made it seem as if it was a huge inconvenience for her and stated she had other customers to tend to. Very pushy and unpleasant. My phone didn’t even come with a cable to charge and I bought a brand new iPhone 15, looked into it online and they all should come with cords. She absolutely ruined my experience of something that should be exciting.On top of that she told me I would only get $350 when I turned in my iPhone 11 when I went back in a few days later to drop off my old phone the gentleman told me it was actually $750 I would get for trading in my old phone.

Needed a new phone. Wanted 1 thing and 1 thing only that all my music transfer over! Was PROMISED OVER AND OVER ALL MY music would transfer ...not only didn't my music transfer I was a sales pitched tv insurance said no ONCE! Again pitched tv insurance had to repeat myself NO! Then I was sales pitched tv package said no! Had to repeat myself again NO! Then I was recruited to drive for Uber said NO Had to REPEAT MYSELF AGAIN NO! Wanted my music to transfer over was promised AGAIN IT WOULD !! IT DID NOT! !!!Was handed the phone no apologies just told eh go to the Apple Store! No let me check with some one else in the store or call tech support..... just a big your stuck pal attitude!I was told my bill will increase 20 dollars a month. I get the E-mail with my bill summary and my bill will increase 34 dollars a month! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!Sales Rep name was Andrew!Update, Would like to thank Laurence for his professionalism and kindness in helping to resolve another issue that came up

Walter scammed me. The manager, a short male, refused to even hear me, tried to gaslight me at every turn, harassed me after I told him I could not understand what he was saying. He then attacked me for" raising my voice", so I explained that I was in fact, deaf in that ear and with all the background noise, I couldn't hear what he said. He then screamed at me that I was screaming, despite harassment due to a disability is illegal and against the ADA, especially after someone explains to you that they are deaf. DO NOT trust this store nor ATT, and never let them con you into going paperless, nor electronic withdrawl. There is a pending lawsuit so I won't say the details, but they lied, scammed, double charged me, one for a phone that is long dead, illegally set up an acct under someone else's name, charged me for 2 accts, yet there is no record that any accounts even exist under either phone number which means I cannot cancel amything online, they won't do it over the phone, and in person, they refuse to also comply, then call the police on you. Because an adult man, who is a manager, thinks police should be there to harass his customers instead of the job they signed up for, so HE doesn't have to do the job HE gets paid for. Yes, he literally called the police on me, when I even said just cancel the old phone, and I will pay off in cash, the new phone so I never have to deal with your store again. See you in court, both ATT and the manager who will have his own ADA harassment.lawsuit. I have you on tape. Worst company I have dealt with in years. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and disrespect exhibited during my recent visit to the store. Despite being an AT&T customer and expecting quality service, my encounter with Ty was nothing short of appalling. Upon explaining the issues with my Samsung phone, Ty's dismissive response of "I don't fix phones" was utterly unacceptable. His suggestion to seek assistance elsewhere, particularly at Best Buy, was both unhelpful and indicative of a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.Despite my persistence in seeking guidance on where to address my phone concerns, Ty's uncooperative demeanor only exacerbated the situation. It was clear that he lacked the necessary training and professionalism to handle customer inquiries effectively. This unprofessional behavior left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.Fortunately, Will stepped in to salvage the situation, albeit with limited success as my phone continued to malfunction even after leaving the store. However, my primary grievance remains the abysmal level of customer service exhibited by Ty. His demeanor and unwillingness to assist reflect poorly on the store's commitment to customer satisfaction.In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed by the disrespectful treatment I received from Ty and the overall lack of professionalism displayed during my visit. Such behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the store.

Wow just wow. I had such a delightful experience at this AT&T location. Briana was so helpful from start to finish. I was honestly blown away by how knowledgeable she was. Helped me get a new cellphone set up and even managed to help me get my cable bill down by over $100. You have nothing to lose by asking her
