I needed assistance with transferring data from my old phone to new phone and Manuel was able to help me. Manuel was very polite, respectful, knowledgeable and overall had exceptional customer service skills that you rarely see these days. Then I came back the following day cause I had some more questions and once again Manuel was awesome !!!

I have been to the store on Trip at least 5xs with various issues. Everytime the staff there , especially MJ has been able to figure out the issue and fixed it even if they had to do a work around. This last issue was with the Internet promotion for over 55+ people... It's not the same as the rest of the country, as Clark County doesn't have fiber optics as an option.
When I called the 1800 # they just didn't want to help. MJ set them and my bill straight.
Don't waste your time with the #800, of you're looking for serious customer service.

Normally I know going in and working with customer service about an issue is going to be such a hassle, but Ally, Nah, and Levi all helped assist me and we're so amazing in fixing my problem. I dont even write reviews but since they were so awesome I had to share my experience with them. If you need help with anything I recommend seeing them at the West Tropicana location. Thanks again guys for your help.
