I’ve been going to the same AT&T store since I moved to Noth Vegas because of where it is located. I’m so glad their customer service is spectacular because it makes it convenient for me to go to them. They always are helpful and are up to date on deals they have and how to save on your phone bill. I’ve been going to this shop for 4 years now.

I was helped by Ellie and she was amazing! She’s very patient and knowledgeable! My transfer was taking a bit more than expected, she had to go to lunch but jazmin was able to take over and she was also great! Will definitely be returning to this location! Staff is always friendly and happy to help!

Good morning, all your review readers!! I do not advise to do business with AT&T. I. Am in the process of shutting down my home service. I am in the process of shutting down my Business Services. I am in the process of shutting down my personal services.A total of 7 services that I pay this company with insurance.I walked in last week.Spoke to gabr.I lost my phone no empathy at all from this company It's just well. You can call the insurance company. File a claim, blah blah blah blah blah. I am already with my new service provider.Thank you AT&T for saving me.About 1700 bucks a month.I really appreciate it.We'll never do business ever again with you guys

Brought my new phone to get help transferring my data. I was told that started tbecause my phone was a Samsung and my new phone was Motorola, and after nearly an hour, it couldn't be done. I was told Samsung's don't work well with other phones. After leaving there frustrated and annoyed I went back to Best buy to return my new phone and was told that information given was incorrect. They took my phone and quickly accessed smart switch which immediately transferred my data. Will no longer return here
