I signed up for wireless and internet services.
After receiving a “range extender”, I didn’t require it at my house. I returned it very next day and took a picture of the receipt(I highly recommend that you keep the receipt or have a photo evidence, just incase you loose the paper receipt). Well, that’s where my troubles started, after speaking to 4 different representatives(all overseas) I was still getting a threatening email stating that they will cut my wifi service if the equipment wasn’t received. Well, my fifth representative assured me that my extender service(they were still charging $10 a month)will be removed. Well…. That representative somehow terminated my internet tower and I was left with no WiFi….
I went to Cox and got a 300gb internet for only $50….. Now I am a happy Cox customer who can go to any Cox location, get the equipment and return the equipment at the same location.
AT&T doesn’t have that kind of service. Even when they send a email stating that you can drop off your old WiFi equipment at any store….
DON’T EVER GET A SERVICE WHERE THEY “SPEAK THE ENGLISH” but they really don’t…..

Everything I asked for to the person on duty was met with him telling me to call AT&T customer service. I asked for changing the name on my account and also if there was a transfer and drop feature available on my account. He told me to google the AT&T number. An “Out to lunch” sign was still on the door at 6pm. Employee was of sloppy appearance. Terrible service.

Ragan was awesome and helped me quickly figure out which phone I wanted based on his expert knowledge of features, and then he helped me with accessories and discounts based on my employer and service needs. He helped me transfer my data and was just all around awesome in providing quality customer care! Ask for him when you go in, he should be a manager and propagating his skill and customer first focus.
