I know why I purchased my 2024 S3 at Henderson Audi because these guys here at Las Vegas Audi suck.
Oil change that’s it. It’s not complicated. This is my 3rd Audi vehicle in 8 yrs. One for me and 2 for my wife. Next time I’ll buy a Cadillac or a Toyota.

I have an Audi 2018 Q5 and love this car, so when I bought it I also purchased the complete care package along with it. I got a check light on the display and the left back up light assembly had to be replaced and the total cost was $848😳, but with the complete care the cost was $275 ☺️☺️☺️
My service writer is Rodolfo and he is always looking out for me when it comes to maintaining the car. Also his professionalism is next level, he not only got my car in and out in by the next day, he also shuttled me back to my house personally after taking the car in on his day off!!!! He is what we should have when buying a car of this calibre. Honest, professional, and friendly! Bravo Rodolfo!!! See you next time

I’m deeply disappointed with how my car was handled here. I brought it in back in August because it was struggling to start and had a steering issue. My advisor told me a new battery would solve the starting problem, so I paid for it while they worked on the steering.
After an unusually long repair process, the car was released to me — and not even a mile off the lot, a loud noise came from the front end. I turned right back around. A loaner was issued, and later I was told the car hadn’t been reassembled correctly. The original mechanic had apparently left, and someone else had to put the car back together.
A week later I got the car again… and the starting issue was still there. I brought it back, was handed off to a new advisor, and even spoke with the service manager. Instead of owning the recurring issue, I was warned I’d be charged another diagnostic fee if I brought it back again — despite this being the same unresolved problem I came in with in the first place.
The car went in a third time. It sat there for about a month with no real answers. I was told it started fine for them and was assured everything was good to go. Within days of getting it back, the same starting issue returned. I called repeatedly, left messages, and got silence.
Now the car still struggles to start almost daily, and a check-engine light has joined the party.
This experience has been exhausting, expensive, and completely avoidable. I expected competence and accountability from a dealership representing a luxury brand. Instead, I got a revolving door of advisors, incomplete repairs, and problems that have only gotten worse. I can’t recommend this service department to anyone based on what I went through.

Wonderful experience with entire staff at Audi Henderson. Sergio -the Sales manager- was able to get me the exact car I wanted for the right price. The tech staff was efficient and kind in the car familiarization process. Finance explained my options very well and the check-out process was quick and clear. The Front desk was very friendly also, in all how you want the process to be as a client. The dealership location is great and their facility is all you could wish for. Everyone looking for Audi (or Lamborghini) should consider this dealership imo.

I love my 2020 Audi A4 Quattro. But my cruise control went offline, and my valet parking turns itself on. A new software fix cost $1,381.99. Why, why, why does such a premier car have this kind of failure in the first place? And why does a software fix cost so much? Very disappointing.

I bought my car with them last year. I got vehicle protection plan and service team takes really good care of me. You should go ask for Steven Ali to be your service representative, he communicates real fast and gets the job done with his team really good. Kudos to the team

Maddi is, in my opinion the best advisor at Audi. I took my S6 for some vibration and jerking issues, turned out i needed new engine mounts, trans mounts and a new rear sport differential. Luckily for me she made everything super easy. If i sent her a message she would always respond that same day. She is absolutely the best. My car runs amazing now. Thank you Maddie!
