“First time I've used a DMV Kiosk since moving here 3 years ago. Had our smog done at our local service location then headed to our local AAA office where the kiosk was located. Found it incredibly easy to use, had my smog inspection info including mileage, license plate number and VIN ready available, had easy to follow clear instructions and I got my registration and plate sticker right at the machine. Took less that 5 minutes. Plan to use it again next year.”

“this spot is closest to my house. they did some renovating at this location since a couple years i moved to this city. Every AAA to me feels like a copy of the DMV with AAA with the name on it. I told the agent that I like what they done with the place.
service requested: i need a photocopy of my insurance card. It was very easy for them to do and set up. Handle it in less than a couple of mins.
They have their own mechanic shop for repairs next to the building.”

“I wanted to take a few minutes to write a review about my experience with this agency.
I called the office and was connected to Jennifer. I explained that my premium with my current insurance jumped quite a bit, and I was looking for something that was more affordable. She ran a few quotes for me and came back with a company that was $82 less than what I was offered at renewal for my previous policy.
There was a miscommunication on my end after purchasing the new policy, but it was handled professionally and in a very timely manner.
Jennifer went above and beyond to help me get the error corrected and personally contacted my previous insurer to verify that I wouldn't have a lapse in coverage. Truly on top of everything from the moment I called in for the quote to the final e-mail explaining that everything had been corrected.
Overall, this is a great agency to work with and I'm saving almost a hundred per month!
With the cost of living today...Every cent counts!

“I've read some of these reviews and have come to the conclusion that most people leaving reviews are a bunch of whiny, stuck up bit**es. I had an accident a couple of months ago and the other driver was at fault and was a Loya customer. I am NOT a Loya customer.
Because I only carried liability on my car, my insurance company was less than helpful. I called Loya and filed a claim against their customer and was immediately taken care of. An adjuster was assigned to the case, my car was inspected at the tow yard and an offer was made on the car, that was listed as totaled. Because it was a 17-year-old Isuzu Rodeo with over 260,000 miles on it, I wasn't expecting a whole lot of money. I figured that anything over $1000 was going to be gravy. Their offer was for considerably more than that, so I was pleased. Not pleased that I lost my Rodeo, but that I was able to get more than I expected. I was able to use that money towards a nice Toyota RAV4.
Through the whole process I was treated with respect, I was kept in the loop and once the paperwork was filled out and sent back, I had a check within a couple of days.
I am nothing, but pleased with my experience with Loya, even though I am not one of their customers and that's why they get five stars from me.”
