I went In ready to trade in my car and Stephanie was so helpful. She really took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She was extremely patient when I was indecisive on the offer and answered all the questions I had. I never felt pressured and I always felt super comfortable with the information she was giving me about my vehicle Jr Avalos made the finance so easy. He was on top of explaining the documents and sending me and new updates regarding my registration. This place is amazing if you are looking for a new car especially Stephanie and Jr Avalos!

I came in for a complimentary oil change and was skeptical they would try to upsell me. Tim took great care of me, not only did they changed my oil but checked tires/ brakes and gave me a report back. Everything was all in good shape and as expected. Thank you Tim and the entire Auto Nation team! I will be back.

A year ago my wife's lexus es350 was due for an oil change. I told her the oil change service at Toyota would be significantly cheaper than Lexus ($75 vs $140 respectively). She got her oil change done and thought nothing of it. Since then we've bought our own house with an attached garage for me to do projects and vehicle maintenance on both our cars. Today, about 10,000 miles after her oil change service last year at Autonation Toyota, while doing her oil change I found that the drain plug didn't have a crush washer on it and was torqued well beyond the specified torque specs recommended by Toyota/Lexus. The crush washer is meant to keep the oil from leaking when torqued to the proper specs. Over torqueing the drain bolt has the risk of stripping the threads on the oil pan, turning a simple oil change into a costly repair. The oil filter housing was found the same way (torqued way beyond specs). One of the fins sheared off when I used the proprietary oil filter housing removal tool to loosen the housing. Had to scramble and go find a new filter housing at the auto parts store since we need our cars daily. It perplexes me how a simple oil change can be so badly screwed up by a service center that they must replace oil filter housings daily.Thank the heavens I no longer need to bring my car is for fluid changes. Who knows how careless the techs can be with their work.

These guys just got no people skills. 4:45 appointment for just an oil change and tells me it's gonna take an hour and a half lol. Nobody says anything to you unless you ask them smh. But they are quick to take your money and tell you all the things you should do to your car and charge an arm and a leg to do when reputable auto shops do it for less.

I had an appointment for warranty work.I brought my vehicle earlier than my appointment time . I was the second person waiting to talk to the service advisor. Once it was my turn to talk to the service advisor, he told me that , I had to wait for him to call back 2 customers! If this is Autonation Toyota's customer service model , they don't serve my business after the warranty period is over. Not everyone is going to tolerate to Toyota arrogance

Steer clear of this dealership and their service department. Harrison (service advisor) is the only person in this whole place that actually seems to give a crap about the customer. My truck was giving me issues with throttle response and low end power/torque two weeks after buying it from them.Sat and waited for three hours while all I was asking for them to check was an exhaust leak. They 'found nothing wrong', reset the ECU without telling me, and had the service manager pull me into his office and talk to me like I am an idiot for 30 minutes. Thanks for attempting to explain to me how my issues are just with the stock car and it's factory tune, and not the fact that there is a giant rookie weld in the middle of the downpipe, which is probably cracked.I guess they would rather pay their technicians for three hours of labor to do nothing, instead of simply replacing the downpipe, ensuring all of the flanges are aligned, and bolts are tightened properly. This place is a joke. These people will ignore your concerns and treat you like an idiot. Stay away. Even if you have a warranty claim, go to another Toyota dealership.

When you purchase a Toyota from them it includes some oil changes and check ups for the vehicle at no cost.I've been twice now, and both times, I was up charged and an oil change, which takes a maximum of 20-30 minutes.... Took them three hours to complete, and that was with an appointment. I'd rather pay and go somewhere else.

Many of these mechanics don't have a clue about the vehicles they are supposedly certified to work on.We baught a brand new truck from the same dealership and paid for upgrades up front in cash.Their service people took weeks to get parts and several days to study the vehicle only to find out the parts were not compatible. They refused to even give us a refund! we are out over $6000!

Quick service but NOT friendly at all. In the quote for the oil change, it was never mentioned that they would charge me for wiper fluid. $3.99 appeared on the invoice. When aaked why? David mentioned "it's part of the service". I was quoted $69.95 for the oil change but they arbitrarily added $3.99. It's a shame that they sneak this into the bill. I know it's a small amount but it's the principle that counts. When questioned again, was told to speak with the manager. I was already running late for work. Seems they count on this. If they process avg 100 oil changes a day, thats almost $12k a month.I'm not returning.

Spoke with the service manager Chris Toth and with my service rep Michael Bigness about being overcharged for the labor on my cabin air filter. They charged no labor for, engine aire filter, windshield wipers, or tire checks but claimed that $36.95 was justified in charging the labor for my cabin air filter replacement. My oil change took 3 hrs. Terrible service from Chris and awful follow up and response from Michael.Would truly not recommend this Toyota dealership to anyone. There are options in Vegas choose literally anyone else.I also asked they remove my information from their system and stop emailing and contacting me. Chris said there was nothing he could do for me in regards to that and I had to call corporate in Florida. Ridiculous. I love my Toyota Prius, I will honestly go drive 12 hrs back to the dealership in Texas for service before returning to these people at AutoNation.***update*** toyota began automatically scheduling additional appointments for my vehicle to be serviced. i called and spoke to someone in the service department who informed me that they DO have the ability remove me from their mailing, emailing, and local offers. chris told me they could not remove my information and literally told me to call a 1-800 number and be on the phone with corporate instead of doing what i asked. i am thankful the employee who helped me when i called informed me of this and removed my information as for chris, you really are not a good manager.

This place is all about quantity over quality. They serve the Las Vegas areas to make money. They don’t care about you or your time, they just want your money.“The average wait time for an appointment to get your car serviced is 2 hours, without and appointment it’s 3 to 4.”This is what Joey said to me today when I asked if my car was done being serviced. I’ve been waiting 2 hours. I called and made an appointment to save time in my day. When I mentioned that the location in Texas I dropped my vehicle off at didn’t take 2 hours his response was “well, Texas doesn’t service this many cars each day.” My response was “then maybe you shouldn’t be booking this many cars if you can’t finish one in under 2 hours.”Getting routine maintenance done shouldn’t take 2 hours.

This is the last time i plan on going here ever, for purchasing a car or getting service. Their information isn’t consistent. They deliver the wrong information everytime to their customers and they provide the worse services, ive never had such a bad experience in my life. Even when it comes to buying a car. They made it some complicated purchasing a car when buying a car should be more simple especially with how advance our industries are now. But they are still living a generation behind and dont know how electronic checks work when my bank is trying to explain it to them. The people who manage this location should just find new careers as they dont do anything for their customers. Im told I can come in for service and just walk in. Then 7 am comes around and I get there, then they tell me I cant walk in? They dont accept walk ins… lol wasted 25 mins of my life driving there and 25 mins driving back home… and not to mention-making me wake up 6 am in the morning to get ready. If you are all about quality service and experience, i dont recommend this place at all. I would suggest driving to another toyota location for an dxtra 10 min drive just to experience better service. The people David, Rudy and Another manager i dont recall the name, only listens to the problem but doesnt do anything to help the problem. Overall worst experience buying or getting service with this location.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Always saying I'm not under warranty. They threatened to keep my car for a part clearly under warranty (i showed them where in the warranty). Ivan refused to call the warranty department after his manager told him to. Kept me waiting for hours pretty sure just to be rude. Ivan and his manager yelled at me that it is "only $40 so why not pay". I ended up paying because they refused to give me my car. Called Toyota when i got home. Took 5 minutes for them to tell me the part IS COVERED and now I have to go through reimbursement. You can tell they're desperate now and trying to nickle and dime everyone. Crooks. On top of this a few months ago they sold my husband tires and then put the wrong ones on his truck. Tires not rated for his truck, which is very dangerous. Upon leaving ivan said "tell your husband to drive into a lake with his tires". Not professional at all. From now on, willing to pay the $100 deductible just to deal with someone else. Who knows what they'll threaten you or do to your car.Update: Toyota called me wanting more information about the circumstances and tried to get me in contact with Jon Tenaya who I'm guessing is the manager there. When Toyota tried to put me through John hung up on me then repeatedly told Toyota he already talked to me and handled it. Even Toyota knew they were lying. They've (managers, receptionists, everyone) been incredibly rude to me and clearly Toyota.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU WANT SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST. WRONG TIRES. DIDN'T REPLACE VALVE STEMS. HELD MY CAR FOR TWO HOURS UNTIL I PAID FOR A WARRANTY REPAIR. REFUSED TO CALL TOYOTA FOR OVER TWO HOURS TO GET AN ANSWER.

I ordered several times from the parts department, specifically this location. Most is normal, but I’d have to give them 1 star for answering their phones. Got transferred and hung up on. The names of the reps that answered the phones were Don and Chris. If you are understaffed then hire more people. It’s almost as if nobody wants to take responsibility of answering the calls. Location: Sahara
