Sales department great, guy trying to sell extended warranties was very unprofessional - be warned, if you don’t buy the extended warranty expect some harassment. If it wasn’t for the extended warranty sells pitch experience then a 5/5, otherwise I’d give 0/5

I’ve had nothing but a great experience with VW autonation. Kim, who helped me always got back to me when she said she would, and was able to get everything set up so I could get my tire and rim fixed. Definitely, happy I paid for that extra policy when I bought my car!

I do not recommend the service department here. I needed to bring my Golf R in for an infotainment software update in early May so I made an appointment online. Upon arriving for my appointment the service manager told me flat out that they were too busy and come back another time. I waited a couple weeks then called to speak to a service manager to make an appointment as my map lights started turning themselves on and off randomly as well. Upon arriving for the second appointment I was told I needed to leave my car with them for a few days before they could even look at it. I reluctantly agreed and got my car back 4 days later with infotainment done but map lights not fixed. I made another appointment a week out and upon arrival they now want my car 10 days before they could look at it. They should not make appointments they cannot honor. This is the worst service department I've experienced in my entire life.

I purchased a 2019 VW Tiguan in 2022, as soon as the weather started getting warmer the car started acting up. The air conditioner wasn't working, the car didn't accelerate correctly, and was near impossible to drive. I took the car into autonation Volkswagen to have the car looked at, the service department "fixed" the air conditioning by refilling the refrigerant and trace fluid to see if there was a leak. The acceleration issue was not fixed, but instead told me just to use 91 fuel, which I had been, no help. The ac was not fixed and i suffered through summer thinking that was normal for this car.
Now this year, I had my brakes done, the fluid cap wasn't put back on and had I not opened the hood to replace the air filter I'd never notice. I contacted vw about the missing cap, the acceleration issue still there, a leak started, an oil change, also the apple play not working due to the ac repair. I contacted trough text, David told me to bring in Wednesday the 10th at 11am. I showed up, David not there. Kimberly, "helped" she was INCREDIBLY rude telling me i didn't have an appointment and would have to wait a week, I showed the text from David, and magically they have time. All of the issues were ignored except the brake fluid cap, out of irritation I left and got an oil change at firestone, where they had found a leak, and fixed it. I still have acceleration issues, the apple play not working, the air conditioner is terrible and this car is the worst thing I've ever purchased.

All personnel I interacted with were professional and polite. I feel the service was genuinely caring, thorough, and timely with consideration to may personnel transportation needs. I would recommend this service department to all VW owners.

They are always very attentive and upfront about anything they are going to do to one’s car. No “surprise” charges. They go over all the details prior to servicing your car. If something does come up, they inform you right away, go over the details including the extra charge. They ask for your approval for the added new services. Now thats honest!

The male that I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. I ended up having to take it to another place to get fixed. They were being very difficult to work with and wasn’t transparent about the system being down. I was without a car for two weeks.

We’re on a road trip when the water pump broke and we were loosing all the coolant. They were able to understand our needs and promptly and professionally fixed our car. Despite being a major brake down, we were able to be back on the road the next day!!!! I really appreciate their understanding and quick service.
