Another Great service and excellent service advisor. They really help customers trying to solve their issues. It was my 6th time using them and I observer how they handled different customers as they tried to resolve issues. It made me feel more confident in what to expect from my visit. I had an after-service issue, but like I said they take care of it right away. Thank You!

All GMC dealers are not equal!!!!
I recently brought my 2020 Yukon GMC in for an oil change at AutoNation GMC Buick on Sahara. After my oil change was completed, Brian, the service manager went over a complete inspection of my vehicle with me and informed me of the maintenance that will be needed in the near future with options. He he also noted that I needed a leaky seal replacement on the drivetrain. He went over my warranty program and informed me it was covered. He had them perform the service and also gave me a military discount. AutoNation GMC on Sahara has gained my trust and respect. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at this GMC location and will refer friends and family. Best GMC dealer in the valley..! ! PS I was just in for a repair. What a pleasant experience and the job is done right the first time. Thanks again to Bryan the service manager, and Mike the service administrator. Great team ✔️

left my car at your shop on Monday so the A/C could be checked. It has now been six days, and I still have not received any update. I was told that the compressor was broken, but my warranty company requires a video for verification. I have called my warranty company multiple times, and they confirmed they have not received any information or documentation from your shop.
This delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. I trusted your business to handle my vehicle professionally, but instead I’ve been left without answers or progress for nearly a week.
Do not go here terrible service and no accountability.

Bought a BMW CPO here and it had a charger in the back when I test drove. I was told when I bought it that I'd get one later, and never got it.
Emailed manager who replied back quick that he'd check, and never got back to me. Can't use my car as intended.

I bought a car and after they smogged it the check engine light came on and after 3 visits and no car rental and the general manager isn't answering his phone
They're giving g me hard time about fixing my car and expect me to pay $100 deposit for the car rental. Everyone isn't helpful and the sales person the time before this didn't even run my codes this is the worse customer service experience ever so after the sale happens they act like they can't help you. I am not happy at all and woul never buy from this dealership again

I took my car in a couple weeks ago, a recent resale purchase at AutoNation – Centennial. Eventually noticed, the front right speaker was blown. I took it into GMC to have it serviced, and I was told from the beginning, they may not have anyone that can look at it that day. I asked them, why was I able to schedule an appointment, if no one could look at it. I was then told there is a good chance it would be diagnosed same day. They came back and diagnosed, that yes the speaker was in fact blown. When they submitted the claim on my newly purchased AutoNation warranty, I was then told, this item was not covered. That I missed the coverage by a couple of days, from the recent 30 day purchase. I was able to contact the financing manager at Centennial, and he told us it was 100% covered under our policy. I took the information back to AutoNation – GMC, and was told again by the original service advisor, that it has been denied. Luckily, Citlalic Resendiz, asked if I needed assistance. She researched my past RO, and also called the finance manager at AutoNation – Centennial. Long story short, she is working on my claim, and completely turned around the customer experience. Thank you, Citlalic, for taking the time and addressing my concerns. Great customer service!

I live a couple hours away from the dealership and had all my questions answered promptly from Thomas and Jeff before driving down there. Process was easy when I got there and I felt everyone was very kind and transparent about the vehicle I was interested in. The process was as seamless as a car buying experience can go and after a week of owning it I'm still very happy with the car and decision.
