Our experience with Autonation Collision Center was OUTSTANDING! We worked exclusively with Grant Watts who exhibited extraordinary expertise and professionalism. Mr. Watts placed emphasis on communicating clearly and effectively to ensure that our vehicle was fixed in a timely fashion, while also taking the extra steps to ensure that all of our questions and concerns were addressed. Thank you Mr. Watts! We will definitely do business with this location again.

I strongly advise against visiting this place it's truly terrible! I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews, but my experience here was so frustrating that I felt compelled to share. After my accident, they took over two months to repair minor damage. I can only imagine how long it would have taken for major repairs. I had to continually call for updates, and eventually, the person responsible for contacting me stopped answering. Even the front desk staff, when I called, would say he was at lunch and that they would notify him to return my call but I never received a call back.
The level of unprofessionalism at this location is astonishing. When I finally did hear from him, he had excuses that seemed insincere. I ended up with rental cars for two months, rotating through three different vehicles, and the first one even stalled on me at a drive-thru! It’s incredibly frustrating to have to rely on rental cars when I'm not at fault, all because of someone who couldn’t park properly which lead me to this situation. After this experience I would have rather kept my car with the minor cosmetic damage rather than suffer 2 months of this hell hole while still doing monthly payments for a vehicle I wasn't even using.
To add insult to injury, they didn’t even use original parts even though they said they do; the replacements were flimsy knock-offs. Yet, they charged the insurance a significant amount. It feels like they're taking advantage of the situation and I feel they might even pocket some of the money some how. Really sketchy place but that's none of my business they should get investigated.
On the day I was supposed to pick up my car, I discovered that the parts they replaced were actually loose with screws left untightened and the paint wasnt even the same color tone with the rest of the vehicle. After two months of waiting, I was shocked that my vehicle wasn’t even properly fixed. I had to leave it again and come back the next day to retrieve my car, wasting more of my time and gas.
Honestly, I don't like writing negative reviews, but this place exceeded all expectations for poor service. It's been an extremely frustrating experience, and I hope others can avoid the same pitfalls I faced. You have been warned!

I went there on the recommendation from AutoNation Toyota because a tire that shredded on the freeway also did a little damage to the wheel and small part on the passenger side of my Toyota Prius. I cannot say enough, good things about Adrian Fleetwood, repair process manager, who not only gave me a prompt estimate, but then was able to have someone actually fix the item without the need for a new part with no charge. Thank you for a terrific experience. And when any of my cars, or those of my family and friends need to be repaired, I will definitely be recommending you.

I have never had a good experience getting my car repaired. Previous companies didn't return calls, they didn't update and when they told me to come pick up my car there was always something wrong.
This was NOT the case here!! Roger was amazing! He called twice a week to give me updates no matter what. He was kind and helpful! He made sure things were done right and communicated quickly with the insurance. When it was time to pick up my car it was down right!! I was able to take it home! I will never go anywhere else for car repairs! Brandon the manager was a pleasure to work with and Roger was truly one of a kind professional. I appreciate them so much and how honest and quickly they got things done. You won't ever have to worry if you come here!
