They do a great job. I had Mackenzie twice now as my service advisor and she is excellent. She is pleasant and personable, organized and communicated very well so I knew what was happening. She made recommendations, but did not hassle, and I felt good every time I left the dealership.

I want to be transparent: I’m not someone who frequently leaves reviews, nor do I do so in anticipation of receiving a reward. I believe in fairness and only feel compelled to write a review when the service I receive is truly exceptional. Although I didn’t purchase my car from AutoNation Nissan Las Vegas Service Center, I continue to bring my car here because of the outstanding treatment I receive.
Recently, I had the misfortune of my car not starting, and I quickly realized I needed a new battery. It was a Saturday morning, and I made sure to arrive before they opened, hoping to get a new battery and a technician who could help. Maria assisted me, and not only did she ensure everything was taken care of, but my car was also ready before the time I was promised.
If you are a Nissan owner, do yourself a favor and visit AutoNation Nissan in Las Vegas. And when you do, ask for Maria!

Called on a Friday for a Saturday appointment and was able to get in. I arrived early however was treated nicely and able to get the service done even though it took a little longer. Only had an oil change.

Brought my car in almost a week ago to start. Had a flat tire after having a slow leak for a few days and called to see if there was availability and was told to bring it in and they’d take a look. Have my tires under warranty and so I brought it in to get a free replacement or patch. Waited 2 hours and then was told that a nail punctured my tire and was bent inside so it would require replacement. While also hearing them up-charge another customer on a patched tire, which when I told him the price seemed steep to me he asked the service representative why it was so expensive and they immediately dropped the price to less than a quarter of the original. They then told me that they didn’t have the tire in stock and to “bring it back” the next day when they could get it in, allowing/ recommending me to leave with a punctured tire that “needed replaced”. I left and came back the next day (bad on both our parts), for them to tell me they tried to reach me and the tire was behind on shipment by 4 hours. Happens??♂️. Told them I had work and would have to bring it back the following day. Then asked if they could do something so that I didn’t have to keep refilling my tire from 5 psi. They put a plug in and that took another hour and sent me on my way. 2 days later from this point I received a call asking if I could bring in my car because the tire they ordered had finally arrived at 2:30 pm. Let them know I couldn’t make it in by 4 pm and was told if I came in the next day at 7:30 I could be seen and taken care of quick, even though the representative handling the repair wouldn’t be there. Came in this morning (the next day) at 7:30 like I was told, for them to tell me I had no appointment and I should probably come back when my representative was working. Telling me they weren’t expecting me, knew nothing of me coming in and had no idea where my ticket was. After another guest representative helped 2 people who came in after me, he then proceeded to help me as well (even tho I was “being taken care of” already) and went to ask the repairman in the garage, then went through the representatives desk that contacted me and was working my ticket. He lastly hand delivered the ticket to the representative who handled me this morning, which was the first and only time she showed any interest in doing anything for me. I then waited an hour and a half and watched all but one person (6 in total) get taken care of before me, with three of them coming in after me. I’ve never felt like such a problem to be somewhere, when all I wanted was to get my tired fixed or replaced… Will be hesitant every time I have to come back here for repairs under my warranty and will never pay to be repaired here and certainly wouldn’t have paid for this one. Thank you to Joseph and David, who were the only 2 helpful people at all. And even tho Joseph still let me/ recommended me to leave with a tire that needed replaced and was known to run flat, these two were the only ones that actually seemed like they would do anything.

Customer Service was Horrible. Brought my car in at 7:30 AM on a TUESDAY, was told She was unable to check it in today and im out Wednesday, so it will be THURSDAY . . . Meanwhile I waited for another service agent who was nice, but still held my car Hostage by not submitting my paperwork nor calling warranty company and it would have cost me $280. Diagnostic had i taken my car whether they did service or not. When I called Warranty Company they hadn't recv'd any inquiries about my car. Go figure. Come to find out the part i needed was not covered, but I should have known this on Tuesday. I spoke to GM (Manny) who was Awesome, I was not as uptight when i left as when i got there. Customer Service and Communication is Key in all aspects of Life. Kindness.

Excellent experience! I brought my Murano in for a 7:30 AM appointment. My Service Tech Bao was right on it. Explained everything in detail and before I could even get a second cup of coffee, I was checking out and back on the road!

The service while you’re buying the car is superb but after buying the car and about to get my green slip, I had to wait too long inside there sales office after calling me two days ago that my green slip is ready for pickup.

I had an appt but I had to come in a day early for Service. It was My Service person’s day off (Josef ) And David (another service person) still let me drop it off around 8:45am
and they still got my car in and out by 1:30 PM !!
