I got the recall service + oil change, tire rotation last Saturday.
(2023 TOYOTA Crown) 2days later, tire warning light came on asking for adjust pressure. I checked my phone and see my tire pressure all tire pressure # are deferent like 29.30.33.31. I thought whenever do the tire rotation service they would check each tire pressure. Now I had to go back dealer on my weekend. I hope they will do the right job on next time.

Everything was good except they did not tell me until it was time to pay the bill that to get a new keyfob battery, which likely costs them 30 cents or less, costs $45. I would have changed my mind had I known that. Why they charge that much for changing a tiny battery also makes me question their business as a whole as the centennial location also sneakily over charged me for my vehicle and that’s why I stopped going to that location.

Autonation Toyota Las Vegas employees are quite courteous and helpful. My car was completed within the time frame expected.
Toyota supplied a share ride for us to a destination we requested not far away. Thank you Toyota.

The worst Customer Service ever and all I asked for was a oil change
Under my warranty Mind you
And not to mention every time I come in there for any form of service sales or otherwise they are rude. They don’t listen or hear you out on any of your issues they don’t even attempt to get the full scope of what’s wrong to fix it thoroughly so you don’t have to come back.
They try to play you not only in sales department, but in their service department
You would be better going to Henderson Findlay
Or if you’re on Sahara, go to Findlay down the street To get actual honest service

Came here to get an oil change. I was told a "couple of hours" but that ended up being almost 3 hours and made me late for a number of other things I had to do.
Other than that, it was an ok experience. Some Toyota dealerships have games and free snacks, this one did not. Also I had to look for my Sevice Advisor after my Toyota App indicated my car hood had been closed and my car was parked. So that was also kind of annoying since I was already late and my car had been just sitting for 20 minutes after it was done.
Overall it was an ok experience. Decent customer service but could be better. The wait time was egregious though, I have never waited that long for an oil change.
