Sold me a VW CPO vehicle, 6000 miles, clean, accident free CarFax. Upon delivery, noticed a slight whistle from door and that the speaker was blown. VW certified mechanic found door was not original and was misaligned, not installed correctly. Found overspray from repairs. AutoNation VW admitted their parts manager had an “incident” causing the car to need an entirely new door. Refused to pay for full, complete repairs (repainting and reseating the door correctly + blending). Their “repaired” door was missing paint under badges, would let water in with window closed. Louise Evans, GM, refused to admit any wrongdoing in having knowledge of the damage, not submitting to CarFax or disclosing to buyer. Absolutely disgusting behavior, avoid this place like the plague.

Bought a brand new vehicle and had issues w the front seat. Took over a year and 10 calls to get it it fixed and then during the removal of the seat scratched the plastic on the door in several spots. The service manager took photos and said will get that fixed. 3 calls and 8 weeks later still nothing. Very disappointing in the service even though I love the car.

Called AutoNation VW service on August 5th about a problem regarding my car. They told me they were busy but would call me back and even marked it “urgent.” I waited all day… nothing.
Next day, August 6th, I called again. Same story “we’ll talk to the service manager and he’ll call you back.” Guess what? Still no call. Not from the manager, not from anyone.
Ended up calling another VW dealer out of frustration. They had me sorted in under 10 minutes. Night and day difference in customer service.
If AutoNation VW can’t even return a basic phone call, I’m not trusting them with my car. I’ll be going to the other dealership from now on. Even if they called me now, the trust is gone I’ll stick with the other VW dealer that actually cares.

Igor and Shawntelle made buying my 2025 Golf R Black Edition as simple and painless as possible.. They made it easy and I felt taken care of.. Definitely would recommend anyone that is shopping for a VW..

They changed my front brakes and rotors March 2024 and squealing hasn’t stopped since. Every time I would go in for service, I informed them of the issue and they specifically told me that’s just how the brakes are. I just recently just had them replaced at another business and the mechanic informed me that the brakes I was given were cheap and should not have been given out. $700 wasted

This is the location that I always wanted to visit to have my car issues fixed. As usual on my 7/29/25 visit the service consultant Alexis did an excellent job. He is so friendly, trustworthy, thorough and thoughtful. I have been in service business for 45 years. I am totally impressed. Thanks for taking care of my car.

If you are serious about buying a Volkswagen, contact Ihor (Igor) at Autonation VW Vegas. It will be a no B.S. pleasant surprise of a purchase. He is extremely knowledgeable and been in the business for quite a while. He does what he says and says what he means. I find that a hard combination to beat, especially in the car business. I will be back in 40K miles for another one! (And if, like me, you are wondering about the actual mpg of a Jetta with the 8-spd Tiptronic, Mine got 44.5 in 900 miles of hwy. at 82 mph. And that's from Vegas to Colorado with a net gain of over 3K ft. of altitude)

They got me great lease terms for my new ID.4, a fair offer on my trade, and were attentive, friendly, and forthcoming throughout the whole process! I would definitely shop here again for a new vehicle. And I couldn’t be happier with the ID.4 - it’s stylish, comfortable, technology-forward, and keeps me away from the gas station!
