This place is by far the best auto body shop I’ve ever been to. They really give you the white-glove service from start to finish, making the whole process as easy and smooth as possible.
Lauren in particular was truly amazing. Throughout the whole process she kept me informed about the status of my car and was extremely helpful in every way possible. Not only was she extremely professional and knowledgeable, but I could tell she genuinely cared about making sure all my needs were met. Her and her team rock!
I’d give this place 6 stars if I could, that’s how impressed I was by this place!

WOW is all I can say about this shop and Rob beginning he (Rob) sat me down in his office and gave me a run down of the process and he didn’t miss a beat from payment all the way up to what kind and what parts will be needed didn’t beat around bush and everything he said was on point. I go and get my truck today and he is waiting on me in the parking lot OMG when I pulled in and seen my truck I was so happy and excited tell the truth it looked better than when I first got the truck he detailed it top to bottom inside out man these guys are the TRUTH THERE IS NOT ONE BAD WORD I CAN SAY AND IVE SEEN A FEW OTHER REVIEWS UMMM AND THE NEGATIVE ONES YOU GUYS MUST BE ON ANOTHER PLANT BECAUSE PRO COLLISION IS NUMBER ONE ON MY LIST AND IM SURE ALOT OF OTHER PEOPLES TOO THANK YOU ROB FOR TAKING CARE OF MY BABY YOU GUYS ROCK will add photos later tonight and you tell me what you think

I was recently involved in an accident, took my Camry to a couple of shops for an estimate, the team at pro collision was very knowledgeable and friendly, they identified additional damage and worked effortlessly with the at fault drivers insurance to secure needed repairs, My vehicle was completed on time as promised, thank you Rob and pro collision team for ensuring a simple and seamless car repair , my car looks amazing.

Rob and the whole team at Pro Collision was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. The finish product on my ford mustang Mach 1 was immaculate and looked as if it never was in an accident, detailed the car before giving it back to us and the work is exceptional! Great place to take your car or truck for auto repair. I took my truck there to get auto body work done since I was involved in an accident. They took care of all of the Insurance documentation. After they completed the repairs my truck looked good as new. I highly recommend this place and will take my vehicles there again if I ever need body work.

Pro collision rocks!!
I can’t even begin to tell you how absolutely amazed, I was with this company.
I am so happy that I chose them to do the work on my Camaro .
Rob at pro collision is the most reliable and trustworthy person I’ve ever dealt with.
He went over every detail of what he needed to do to get my car back to tip top shape.
I was worried that they weren’t gonna be able to match the paint that I had gotten done two years prior at a different place.
Not only did they match the paint but ,Rob had them buff and fix the prior bad paint job(fisheyes/orange peel) on my ENTIRE CAR!!! FREE OF CHARGE!! Who does that??
PRO COLLISION!!!!
That service would’ve cost me $600 anywhere else.
Like I said, I can’t say enough about the wonderful service and care I received.
Rob and his entire staff are talented, hardworking, responsive individuals and truly have earned my trust and respect.
I’ll never go anywhere else for auto repair . I’ll recommend them to anyone who is in need of quality auto body care.
You guys made my 2011 Camaro look brand new again.
Again, Rob, I am truly happy with what you did to help me get my girl back on the road and looking spectacular. 🙏🏻

In my opinion the best collision shop in Las Vegas,NV. My truck needed repair in the front after an accident and they did all the paperwork, fotos, calls, and in less time than expected. They used original, new parts, it came out better than expected. My family is happy with the results. Professional staff, knowledgeable, clean, no clutter. I dropped off and picked up, that was it.

Insurance Claim - required that I sign over the insurance check before they'd start work. Not a deposit amount, or money for custom parts - full 100% payment. Super Sketchy.
Edit: shows how much you paid attention, or you’re telling stories to make your shop seem legit, which wouldn’t surprise me…. There was nothing salvaged about the car I was dropping off. The question of a safety inspection was for an out of state transfer that was inspected in Washington state for repairs 4 years ago… Nevada is requiring another safety inspection. If that’s sketchy, talks to your local DMV. I’ve been in the custom auto scene for 25+ years, the only time I’ve heard of a shop requiring an up front 100% payment for non custom work, was when they were super sketchy, under the table, or about to go out of business. In any event I’ll take my business and future business elsewhere.

If I could give more stars, I would! I brought my car here after a hit and run and they helped me through every step of the process- from handling insurance, to obtaining a rental car, to a BEAUTIFUL repair! Pricing was affordable and customer service was top tier during the whole process. Not a single hiccup or disappointment, truly 100% satisfied. Rob and his team are amazing. You won't be disappointed!
