It’s my first time on this location yesterday and I really like it and I’m still going back in this location. They have the nicest helpful staff. I came in yesterday because I have check engine light on, on my car. when I park my car right away this lady “Mackenzie Robinson” she approached me. And right there I told her the problem with my car. and she helped me write away within two hours My car is done and they fixed the problem. Replace my battery.

Lured me into driving 1.5 hours one-way to purchase a vehicle from them, and despite being in communication before AND DURING my drive, Brian tells me that the vehicle sold an hour before I had arrived. Why waste people's time and gas playing stupid games and throwing out endless excuses? If you and your team are that incompetent - find someone else who knows what they are selling and what has sold. You've certainly lost a customer for life, plus I'll tell everyone I know how you do business.

Manger for this place refused to fix a defective part for my brand new car. Manager Barry and his minions accused me of tampering with the defective part. Manager Barry is good at shifting blame to the customer, probably not his first time. We will never step foot in this place and suggest the public does the same.

If I could give them zero Stars I would. Took my Nissan there for a warranty 12-volt battery replacement. They wanted to charge me $420 for the battery that their parts department was willing to sell me for $280. Of course they said that I was getting the non-markup price and I still had to pay $60 labor to have the battery installed. I offered to buy the battery from their service department and have them install it under the warranty but they said then it's a customer part and not an official Nissan part even though I'm buying it from the parts department in the same building as the service department. Went to Costco and bought the same battery for $180 and installed it myself in 15 minutes.

Steve Eggenburg was a great salesman. He helped myself and my wife in every way to purchase a vehicle. For anyone in the future looking to purchase a vehicle go to Glory Nissan and ask for Steve. He goes above and beyond his work title. Such a great guy.

I am very frustrated with Maria Mejia, my service advisor at AutoNation Nissan. I paid around $7,000. She assured me I wouldn't have any problems with my Nissan Pathfinder. In less than a month, the truck started shaking and making noises as if everything was breaking apart. I paid to have it inspected twice. She assured me I wouldn't have any more problems. I took the truck in because the check engine light came on. I took it in twice. The first time they had it for two weeks; after about three weeks, the light came back on. She told me I needed both catalytic converters replaced and other services. They had the truck for almost a month. In less than a month, the truck was ruined again. I had to contact Nissan Corporation, and they opened a claim for me. They sent me to United Nissan. They are checking the truck to see if they used genuine Nissan parts or aftermarket parts. After a frustrating experience, I decided to write this review to protect other customers. You pay to have your car fixed, and they don't care how it's delivered; they just want to get paid. AutoNation Nissan closed; it's the same dealership, Glory Nissan. It's the worst dealership I've ever seen in 25 years as a Nissan customer.

Everyone I came across (Sales Rep. Brandon, Sales Manager Dee, and Finance Manager Chris) at the Sahara and Jones location was just amazing! I was there for 8 hours (due to some complications on both ends, which ultimately worked out for my good) but it didn't even feel like 8 hours. Those 3 went above and beyond and they felt like family! I highly recommend! They have the patience of Job! They tried their best to help me and I am super grateful for them! I expressed my goal of wanting to drive off with something reasonable and that is exactly what happened! Thank you forever Brandon, Dee, and Chris!! The one in the attached photo is Brandon.
Update: Rating went waaayyyy down not because of Brandon or Chris- they are still is the best!!! Ever since I made my purchase Dee has changed his tone. Him and his salesmen behave like mean girls. One day I was getting my car checked out and while I was waiting I asked Dee if he knew where Brandon was (a lot of us satisfied customers come to say hi to Brandon so this is a normal occurrence- especially with me) and D’s response was: “ Since I knew you were here, I sent him away.” Him and the other salesmen laughed at me. Very much high school in there. I also had another poor experience with a service attendant named Gage Harrison and even Jobe ain’t the best but especially Gage Harrison. He was very VERY sassy and condescending!! Too long to add to this review though

Everyone was great until I completed my purchase. Since then, I've called at least 5 times and couldn't get a hold of anyone in finance. Emailed, no response.

I had a problem with my tail lights not working and I could not drive at night, so I took my truck to AutoNation Nissan in Las Vegas 500 W Sahara Ave LV NV 89146. I meet With Sean Nissan Service advisor. I dropped my truck there and they checked and tested everything. I got a video from the Tech that showed me my tail lights working again. I was very happy. Thank you very much. I will recommend Auto Nation Nissan to everyone. They will take good care of you.
