Dashon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable!! He went above and beyond for me and my wife!!! Helped swap out my battery along with helped me with my warranty. I can’t thank him enough! If you go to this location ask for Dashon he’s the absolute best. Thank you again Dashon for making my experience so pleasant.

Great customer service and went above and beyond to help me install my windshield wipers. Will be returning to this location. Clean store as well and has a large selection on the shelf.

Came in with a start up issue and without missing a beat Craig came through and listened to what i may think is the issue. He diagnosed each of my concerns and offered to test my vehicle to narrow down solutions. With my car being on the younger end he concluded correctly with my battery being the culprit. I can see why he is the store manager with this refreshing interaction. His knowledge and expertise is plentiful and his willingness to listen to my concerns is a testament to his awesome customer service.

What a great experience. Craig was polite, friendly and helpful, unfortunately you don't find alot of that in las vegas. I purchased a battery, he installed it in 5 minutes. Great experience.

Thank you so much for helping me!!! I needed a new low beam for my car. I was confident I could do it but I could not for the life of me turn the part. After 3 days of trying I came back asking for help and they helped me turn it and replace the bulb AND make sure it worked. They went so far above and beyond and I cannot thank you enough!

My car battery was dead. Needed a new one. Craig checked my battery to be sure that we needed a new one first. Then he proceeded to show us the correct battery for my car and various prices. Craig installed my battery and made sure everything was okay. Craigs positivity and generosity will keep me coming back to this particular Auto Zone. He is a total asset to the company and my neighborhood.

Super friendly and helpful. Craig was very patient as we returned no less than three times looking for the right part then personally assisting us in the 105° sun when we couldn’t get it to work ourselves. Great spot.
