Went in to get some help with a code on a vehicle I just purchased. Romeo was very helpful and didn’t try and sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. Helped solve my problem and got me on my way. I will definitely make this my home AutoZone.

AutoZone Auto Parts located at 1201 E Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89104 is a store I can trust. I especially want to commend Ms. Cyndi W, who was very enthusiastic, patient and professional in helping me check my car's old battery and discuss whether a new battery was needed. She quickly replaced the new battery and also checked the engine oil at my request and gave me advice. In short, this was my first experience at this Autozone and it was really great!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I think I went there for a brake light they had it and I have to drive to another store AutoZone was all right sometimes they don't get everything right when you first go there but hey I go to AutoZone O'Reilly's and my two pics

Another corrupt store run by people without morals! I was visiting family and my battery drained due to the car door being left ajar. I took the battery here to get a charge left it overnight, came back and was told the battery was bad. I knew something was up so I took the battery, stopped at Walmart and got a $15 trickle charger and did it myself. These disgusting individuals at AutoZone didn't even bother to try and charge it, they just slapped a sticker on the battery saying it was bad in the hopes I would buy a new battery. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

Was very fast. I didn't know my model type to get my battery, but the nice young lady helped me by looking up my license plate number. Saved me lots of time. My car runs again.

Worst experience at this AutoZone location. Traveling out of state, really needed to use the restroom and they didn’t let me use the restroom. Craziest part is I’m actually an AutoZoner myself and I have never been treated this poorly at any AutoZone location. Didn’t let me use the restroom, were rude and on top of that, out of dress code (no name tag and untucked shirts). Whoever the DM is of this market I would highly recommend to check up on this stores customer service. It’s literally in our PLEDGE “AutoZoners always put customers first.” PSM on duty said “no public restrooms.” Disappointed to say the least.

Really nice people took their time to explain what I needed and take it off the shelf for me and would have even put it to product in my car if I had asked. Great location very convenient

Extremely poor customer service. Called to ask if they had high pressure power steering hose for a 2004 Murano. They said yes I went in picked it up got home and it was the wrong one. Wasn't to upset them but called back the following day to ask if they had the part in and was hung up on. I proceeded to call back thinking it was an honest mistake and again asked for the same part and was left hanging on the line. I could hear typing but customer service agent John I believe his name was hung up one again. Called a third time and asked if they could hear me alright, was told yes and then i asked for a Manager and was promptly hung up on again. I guess I'm going to O'Reilly's , Napa or Pep Boys from now on. AutoZone won't be getting our business again. And will share my experience with family and friends so AutoZone won't be receiving their business either.
