I thought it was ridiculous that some of the stores want to make up their OWN policy now and try to say they no longer do returns after 8 pm.. but this store likes to make it even harder for customers and tell you different times on different days.. been told they don't do returns after 7 pm and my husband has even been told as early as they don't do returns after 6 pm. If you're going to lie to customers and make up your own policies (since there isn't any given time in their policy and used to be able to do a return up until their store closed) at least stick to the same lie every time!!

I go inside looking for air hose and Provided a sample of the hose,
The lady said they can only sell the hoes by the foot . Yet there was 17 inches left in their roll.
So I asked them to cut it to 12 inches,
So when they finally did. They said they can't find the part number so they can't sell me the hose, yet they are talking out loud saying "IM SO COOKED!"
Worst AutoZone ever. And before I even asked what I came in to purchase, they recommended me to another AutoZone instead,

This store has a lazy manager, there was 5 other employees besides herself and she said she couldn't install my battery because it was her and another person only, like lady, there's 4 other employees standing around you right now. She then said she would give me the tools to do it myself, if I knew how to do it myself I would be asking Autozone to help me with it? What kind of garbage customer service has this company come to, I will 100% buy my battery from their competition, out of principal at this point, I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I hate, do better Autozone.

Came in to get a job, (I'm 16) However, the store manager said they weren't accepting minors anymore but when I went in the other day, they had a "now hiring 16 and 17 year olds" sign on the door.

Call to see if they had a helicoil and have the right size, m6. Staff has no idea what it was. Explain and ask them to look before I drove there. I get there, waited 30 minutes in line. Was told it was it was on isle 2, looked for 10 minutes nothing. Then staff came over and pointed to the big helicoil. They had 1 oversized helicoil. Staff said that’s a m6. SMH, autozone computer system sucks or they need to hire people that has some knowledge before wasting customers time like this.

Staff are very knowledgeable and ready to help. The store manager is awesome, went way above to help me out ( even though it was a failed effort that time). Will definitely make this my go to store.
