Very disappointed they offer free testing on alternators and yet this is the fourth time I came to this location and none of these workers seem to want to test an alternator or any other free testing options that AutoZone offers I have been a customer for many years. I’ve recommended people to this particular location as well and it just seems that they have let me down immensely I had come to a conclusion that instead of referring anyone to this location or amongst other locations I’m gonna eliminate AutoZone as my option because of this unprofessional experience I had tonight I sure hope management evaluates the performance in this location amongst others and draws the attention to what customer service is really is about

The store was busy. Gentlemen behind the counter told me and another customer to get out of line so we could wait. The lady came in and told us to get back in line. I told her what I was there for and she rolled her eyes at me. I only came to this location because it is near my house and have never received service like this before. No need to roll your eyes. It is your responsibility to make sure you communicate properly with the customers.

I bought gold duralast 3yrs warrenty 11/21 and I came to them to check if battery still good but it is not. Howerver they WILL NOT honour the warrenty because I did not give them a phone number. Battery is still in warrenty till 11/ 24. I WONT go to autozone to buy batteries from them ever again.

When I went in I was looking for a headlights replacements I didn't know there were so many versions of the model of car I had, the person at the desk came out to my car popped out the light to make sure I got the right light and then replaced it on my car which wasn't easy thought that was really nice thank you for the job well done.
