I have a hard time with a star rating for places like this because it really doesn't paint the right picture.
AutoZone is a parts house and therefore has auto parts. The parts are of a good aftermarket quality with a reasonable warranty for them. Some parts should never be purchased aftermarket and should be sources from the OEM one way or another, you will unfortunately have to be the one to make that decision. AutoZone keeps a decent inventory for most items and can get fairly quickly the items they don't stock most of the time, this is the same everywhere, no different.
My big complaint with AutoZone (and most others) is there staff. Gone are the days of knowledgeable sales associates or even basic understanding of what they are selling. If you are not a mechanic then God help you! The homeless man begging for change out front on the curb will be more knowledgeable then AutoZone's staff is on the products that they themselves sell.
If you notice I didn't remove any stars because of this, that's because all the parts houses you go to will be the same. Uneducated and ignorant people are the only ones willing to work for what they pay. It's not there fault I guess. I suppose if they still exist I would recommend a privately owned NAPA if available as they might have someone working for them with a brain.

Rodrigo is a real one! He helped me change out my battery and provided great customer service. This store gets busy and unfortunately there were only two workers including Rodrigo but they held it down! They deserve some recognition for doing a great job.
