It's like Autozone trains its employees to be uninterested as possible. Maybe it depends on where they are located. Also when I look online to see if they carry certain parts the price in the store never matches the price on line. It's always ridiculously higher.

Went in looking for waterpump. At first I was devastated because they told me they didn't have it in store. But they said they dad it over there hub store on Nellis and lake maed. Graciela took care of the process and made it easy for me to go pick up the part I was looking for . Will be coming back soon . Everyone at the store seamed friendly

Richard was great! He took the time to listen to my issue and he looked at the picture of my oil on my engine. He listen to my concerns and my suspicion of the oil cap being the cause of losing oil. He looked at it and he was able to answer my questions. Unfortunately when we looked for my specific car year and model to get a new oil cap they currently did not have any and I told him thank you and I would go home and try to maybe get one from Nissan or Amazon. Before I could leave he came back to my car to find me to let me know he found an oil cap that was the same exact size for my Nissan kicks just a year off but it was perfect. He could have just let me drive home with no concern. But he went above and beyond!

I've been going to Autozone for years and today was the first time I got actual help. Richard is so knowledgeable and gave me ideas to try and fix the issues with the truck. I will continue to go to this Autozone because of Richard.
