I'm sorry, auto zone is great,but big brand tires needs to be checked,if you use them, please know,they do get parts from auto zone that you can buy,then they mark them up significantly, please people be aware

I ran into an issue I didn't have my receipt and I had to buy 2 different parts of my car at different locations at the time. I was stressed out and didn't know how to get my money back with my warranty other stores wanted me to run around to each one and remember the register desk. David the store manager at this location went up and beyond to my situation he verified with the other stores with some information and I was able to get my warranty money back . Thank you so much auto zone (David). I'm forever greatful for your excellent customer service.

I needed a new battery for my car and went to another location and they were not able to help me change the battery and told me to contact another store. I contacted this store and they had the battery that I needed and were so kind and helpful and gave no issues for installing the new battery. Thank you to Marco and David! I will be going to this location going forward.

I've never experienced horrible customer service like I did today from Monica (wearing the Grey shirt). Cloud was amazing despite having to service all the customers while Monica was extremely rude for no reason. I will make sure to never come back to this location because of Monica.
