Let me preface this by saying I was worried about going to this location. I saw some pretty bad reviews on Yelp. That and I thought I was going to have to change my own battery. Without missing a beat, your employee Michael (Hawaiian guy), took the battery tester, checked my battery, and sure enough it was dead. He checked and saw I still had warranty on my old one and he changed it without me even asking. I was so happy I was able to save myself some money. His customer service is top notch. He was very personable and will probably be back just for him. He deserves a raise.

Best AutoZone experience yet. Big Mike tested my battery, found my warranty, and swapped it out for me all within 30 minutes. Big Mike solved my problem fast and very grateful for his awesome customer service. How about management gives Big Mike a Big Raise because solely because of him I'll be a repeat customer. Thanks Big Mike!

I had gotten the wrong air filter for my car and went to get a refund without having a receipt and was told the store policy is I need to have the receipt. As I was about to leave Sam C. overheard my circumstances and told the Customer Rep., Johnny A. that she knew how to pull up my receipt and would teach him how to do the same. Within a few minutes, the receipt was found and I got my refund.
I was extremely impressed with how Sam C. took the time to take my situation and turn into both a teaching moment for Johnny A. and a refund for myself without any hassle. I then took a moment to thank Sam C. for not only going the extra mile for a customer, but also going the extra mile to empower someone on her crew.
I needed to right this review because I was so impressed by the both of them and how my circumstance was handled...I am Grateful:)

It’s pretty sad that the closest autozone you have they have to treat you disrespectful. Trying to figure out the correct tools that I need and had a really bad attitude made me feel super uncomfortable. Just disappointed with the service.

This autozone did not exceed my expectations. I don't know anything about cars but I did go in to inquire about a battery. My first interaction with the man who was helping was good. Typical chat, inquired about a battery, and was on my way home with my purchase. My husband ended up calling me about the battery and how it looked like the discount that was supposed to be on there wasn't. Mind you I know nothing about anything so I started to get confused. I ended up going back in and spoke with the guy who helped me. I was going back and forth with him and my husband on the phone so I suggested the man spoke to my husband because the whole thing was confusing. Instead of explaining the purchase to my husband on the phone, he declined my request and said he didn't want to deal with it. I asked again if he could just explain to my husband what was on the receipt but made it more difficult for me and refused again. As your customer I'd expect better service considering I was also respectful the whole time and just needed some feedback. Won't be going here again.
