If i could leave negative stars I would. I called in advance about a car battery which they said they had one. After I purchased it I waited for over 35 minutes and they still couldn’t find time to install it and asked me to come back another day. I came back the next day at the same time waited for 45 minutes And they said the same thing, try coming back another day. When I got home, I realized the battery they gave me had leaked acid all over the floor of the backseat where they put it. I returned for the third time And waited a half hour To speak with the manager for him to tell me “ I mean, we can return the battery. But as far as ruining your car, there’s nothing I can do. Oh and we don’t have any more batteries so it would take about a week for us to order it.”
MISERABLE EXPERIENCE.
Horrible customer service.
It’s your battery. You put in my car and your brand new battery leaked all over the place???!
Not asking for it to even be repaired…but nothing? Not even a new battery?!!

Ty is the best autozone employee I've ever interacted with. Went to this location for air filters on my 2011 Camry and he helped me with my purchase. I asked if there was a chance he could replace them for me and he took the time to help me out. I'm so grateful that he had the humankindness to take the time out of his day and replace these for me.

Mark went above and beyond to help us with our car battery. From the moment we walked in, he was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly hard-working. He made sure our battery issue was taken care of and didn’t stop until he knew we were set to get home safely.
What really stood out was how patient and dedicated he was, not just with us, but with everyone who came in. We watched him help at least 10 other customers, each time with the same level of care and attention. You could tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job and helping people, no matter how busy it got and it was an hour before closing.
Thank you, Mark, for your outstanding service. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like you on their team!

I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone thanks to Misha, who went above and beyond to help me replace my car battery. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. Not only did she make sure I purchased the correct battery, but she also took the time to help me install it—even in the heat and with a difficult setup under the hood.
Misha’s professionalism, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to come across customer service this genuine and thorough. AutoZone is lucky to have her, and I truly appreciate everything she did for me that day!

Anthony is such an asset to your company! I came to this location because it was closest in proximity to me because my undercarriage guard was completely dragging on the ground. I was greeted with a friendly smile and he listened to me and immediately assisted me and took care of my needs. He is so kind and so nice and I’m absolutely grateful for the help I received with my vehicle today.! Thank you Anthony!!

Spoke to Mr. DANIEL a sales representative with great customer service yesterday, via phone. He provided me with amazing assistance. His knowledge and proper care inspired me to come in today and purchase my vehicle battery from his location on RUSSEL RD. Where he works today. Not only did he remove my intricate components for my vehicle battery. He also installed my new battery perfectly. This was an overall success. I'm extremely grateful for his time. He also helped other customer's simultaneously.

Came to this location because I needed a tool to remove the bolts to change my brake light, Marcus came right out to assist me. I didn’t even know AutoZone assisted with changing brake lights. He had it changed in under 5 min! Customer service was great and he was super courteous! Thank you Marcus! Really appreciated the help. It would have taken me way longer to change it myself! Will always come to this location!
