Do not go to this autozone if you have a return that isn't originally bought at their store because the manager informed me that they will turn you away because they're not gonna "take a hit from another store" is what the MANAGER told me.. who cares about what Autozones policy is.

I came in to ask a question about my front bumper . I walked up to the male in the front “ shorter Asian or Filipino male “ Told him I had a question about my bumper and he cut me mid sentence to tell me he didn’t know how to fix it and said I needed a “ clip” and said “ go to aisle 6” . I asked the male if he could come with me to aisle to help me try and look and he once again cut me mid Sentence and told me no and turned his computer screen and said “ if I look up the model / make it’s not going to come up “ before he could say anything else I just turned and left and said I’ll go somewhere else since u won’t even try and help me and he said “ ok bye “ . I UNDERSTAND if he didn’t know much about what I’m asking for but his CUSTOMER SERVICE is HORRIBLE and he definitely could’ve went about it a different way . Don’t work at auto zone if you can’t even tell somebody what “ clip” they’ll need to hold their bumper . . Y’all need to do better .

Having car troubles is an excellent way to have your day ruined, but Jayden made everything bearable. He was courteous, knowledgeable, fast and even though he didn’t know I would be returning that evening to drop off our old battery, he had researched a question of mine and was prepared to give me the info by the time I came back.If everyone was like Jayden the world would be a better place!

Cesar was extremely helpful. I was in a tough situation finding the right part he was able to help me and went above and beyond and I will definitely be sure to return to this location. He made a stressful situation very easy and was very knowledgeable and what needed to be done.

I recently visited AutoZone, and as a woman, I must admit that I was initially a bit intimidated by the fact that it's a store focused on cars, which isn't necessarily my area of expertise or interest. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received, particularly from Cesar.Cesar went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed in the store. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with valuable advice without pressuring me to make any unnecessary purchases. It was refreshing to have someone genuinely interested in helping me rather than just trying to make a sale.My experience at AutoZone was positive, thanks to Cesar's exceptional customer service. His helpfulness, knowledge, and genuine concern for my needs made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision-making. I would definitely recommend AutoZone, especially if you're looking for a helpful and trustworthy advisor like Cesar.

Terrible customer service. My dad was there around 4pm 12/30 and was completely ignored. The two employees kept by passing my dad and calling other customers up to help them. when my dad finally asked “what am I, chopped liver?” One of the employee's tells him, yes. My dad set his things down and did tell them to shove up their rear end, they then said he can use self check out. My dad walked out with nothing and took his business elsewhere.

Employees were really helpful getting wiper blades. Cesar helped me double check I had the right type of blade and helped to install them. Saved me fumbling with it for half an hour at home!

I come to this Autozone regularly to work on my Lexus SC300 & a couple of months ago I bought a rack & pinion from this location but it was the wrong part; the employees at this location were very accommodating & are really great at their jobs. Just wanted to write this review to show my appreciation!!I don't recommend Autozone for any major mechanical parts, but you can rely on them having what you need 8/10 times & the employees being kind

Long story short, absolutely incredible staff and this will be my first stop whenever I need anything for my car from now on. Don’t think twice, stop in here!I almost never leave reviews but I was so blown away by the service I received from Store Manager Cassady that I also called the district manager to share my compliments. I got my car battery replaced at home today and went to Auto Zone because my terminal was so corroded I needed a new one. There was no easy fix and suddenly my car wouldn’t even start, and I was concerned it was the starter. I went searching for a tow truck and scheduled an appointment at a service center when my phone died.Cassady offered to charge my phone, and while it was charging he came out to look at the problem himself. He diagnosed the issue as needing a new terminal because the old one was useless. He then spent at least an hour cutting the old terminal, fitting a new one on, attaching it, and testing it to make sure it was a long-term fix. I am not exaggerating when I say he saved me hundreds of dollars and potentially days waiting for repairs. I have never received such attention and patience at an auto parts store, and as long as I am in the area they have a customer in me. Thank you so much Cassady!

Im relatively new to Vegas area. No real hookups/friends to call when in need. Until 9/19/23. 1st time in Auto Zone as all previous needs were met by Lexus. 1st visit ZION was so patient with me about needing advice on my lagging battery. Checked the battery, etc... whatever this wonderful young man did to help me out AND at 9:50 PM. Store closes at 10PM. Next morning...beyond frustrated with lack of assistance from Lexus. I head straight back to Auto Zone and had another 10 star experience with CASSADY!!!! Happily assisted my needs in record time. In and Out in no time and off to work because of the stellar assistance and expeditiousness of the staff. Also , please note the store was immaculately kept. Floors, stocking, even smelled good. I will 100% be back AND recommend to all my bar customers (ALOT) to go there. Plus have already had 2 co-workers go to this location because of how they treat you :-)Thank you store #3739Yvonne Hothouse

I needed a special O2 valve set to have some work done on my vehicle. I went to this store location to rent the valve set. Fortunately, they had one, and I rented it.Easily able to return it a few days later and receive my deposit back. Just make sure you bring your store receipt or email receipt back with you for the return of the fee. There is plenty of parking out front, and the employees are friendly and helpful.
