I have been coming to this location for many years now to manage my large fleet of SUV vehicles/needs. Parts, cleaning/detailing supplies, etc. they literally have EVERYTHING! Just had the grand opening of the new location which is now located on South Rainbow just across the street behind the LUV car wash.
What an upgraded brand new construction facility and now at least 4-5 times the space now - sooo fancy whoa- you gotta check it out.
I must also mention that I greatly appreciate the VIP guest service experience at this location every time. They always go above any beyond to ensure perfection.
Samantha is an absolute rock star she’s extremely professional, knowledgeable (this girl knows everything about cars whoa impressive!!), skilled, trained, AND provides amazing customer service (which you don’t find very often these days) Samantha has helped me multiple times now with different vehicles in my fleet and I give her not 5 stars but 500 stars!
She’s even helped me install some basic products like wiper blades just like that snap fingers and done!
This new store will continue to be a huge success because of amazing team members like Samantha and the rest of the staff. Bomb dot com!

My experience was unique. I came in to purchase new windshield wipers while my dad is in the hospital. I was expecting to do it on my own at home. However, the FEMALE sales associate that rang me up, asked “would you like me to put it on for you?” I totally didn’t expect it especially her being cute and with long nails. I replied with “oh that would be so helpful!” She is tiny, but mighty! SAM, thank you soooo much for the help you gave that day. You are going to do so well in the auto industry!

I went in for a suspected bad battery issue. Dee welcomed me in and assisted me right away. He helped to test my battery and even helped with getting it swapped out! Truly great customer service, and a genuine person. I’m super impressed with the experience and overall friendliness even with all the busyness that was going on as this is a new store. 10/10

Special thank you to the associate “A.K”!! What an awesome guy! I explained to him that my car battery might need to be replaced. Not a problem! Not only did he test the battery but he also replaced it with a new one! He did this happily while explaining how the heat destroys car batteries! 102 degrees outside, direct sunlight! THANK YOU A.K! For your excellent customer service!!
