I've been shopping at this location for nearly 20 years, so I thought it was about damn time I finally write a review - the staff here is and always has been great - consistently friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Zachary, Lance, Helen and many other people have assisted me over the years, and I've never had anything but a positive experience. Whoever is responsible for hiring at this location has always done an excellent job, and strangely enough, staff at other Autozone locations I have stopped at have been good enough over the years, but none are as top-level as the staff here. Great job on all counts!

Ordered for same day delivery. I made a mistake on the product I ordered so I called corporate customer service. They were very friendly and told me that my ordered was canceled and refunded.
I got a surprise knock on my door around 7 at night while making dinner and it was an Uber driver with my order from this local autozone.
No problem Ill swing by in the morning and drop the product back off right. It was obviously a mistake in timing and the product was signed off and given to the driver before the cancelation was finalized.
I received numerous calls from the store when I called back they were extremely rude and made me feel like a thief. I drove the product back unused with receipt and received even more unprofessional behavior.
I think maybe an employee made a mistake and signed off on a refund they shouldn't have and were taking it out on the customer, but frankly unbelievable behavior from a professional standpoint.
I will say the customer service line for corporate was very friendly and helpful. Autozone is a good company just had a terrible experience at this store and with a particular employee.

Thank you for reading my review for the AutoZone at Boulder Highway and Russell Rd. I visited the store on Monday March 18th, 2024 and was initially helped by Mario but, unfortunately, they were out of Grease Monkey ? Gloves ?.....and I was about to buy gloves for $23.00 dollars, but, THIS is when Kris Motor ? ? ? ? ?️ ? ?
took over!!! He helped me $ave Money and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about working gloves ?
Kris has exceptional customer service skills and he exceeded my expectations by a landslide!!! Most definitely worthy of a 5-Star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sincerely yours,

I had a very bad experience last night I was stranded I used up all my AAA assistances and I had to get my battery jumped. So I went in to get battery. I came in this morning to AutoZone on Boulder and Kris was so helpful and informative , Kris installed my battery in the rain mind you, and he tested my starter and my alternator. He gave me a lot of information on how I get the alternator installed and what to do . just very good information I feel very well taken care of at this AutoZone on Boulder, thanks Kris
